I visited here on December 7th around 7pm after the Loogootee Christmas parade. I ordered a kids meal, and a footling steak for my husband, and a footlong chicken stuffing cranberry exclusive for myself. My son’s was fine he said, but my husband’s barely had any meat on it, and mine had no cranberry sauce on it, and was mostly just stuffing. It was really bad, I couldn’t even finish it. I’d called that night wth no answer, and the next day for a refund and was told the manager would call me. I’ve tried other times with no answer still. I sadly won’t be going back due to this negative experience for sure.

I love Subway – always have. However, I am disappointed with how much less is being given but prices continue to rise. I got 2 footlong subs this evening and a wrap, nothing else….$47 dollars later! I asked for Double Meat and paid $3.89 but the sub was so small it didn’t even look like the bread had even been cut open yet. There was more meat on a taco than there was in that sub. As much as I love subway, I probably won’t go back for a while. Sadly.

Ordered online and they barely put any meat or any of my toppings on the sandwich it was a flatbread but you had so much space you could make a burrito out of it! I asked for it to be toasted it was not and tasted disgusting I couldn’t even finish it, wasn’t worth my $11! My husband’s was just as bad we paid $4 extra for double meat and it just had a regular amount, so disappointing and I’ll just make subs at home for now on.

For the second time I was treated very rudely at the drive-thru by the girl with the tattoos on her arm. Don’t know her name. She was not very good at taking my order She had a mouth on her that was not proper and then when she was inside the store which I could see through the drive-thru she was fussing and complaining to the other girl about being tired of stuff. Now I ordered a sandwich that normally is $6.99 for a 6-in. But since I special order mine and it was less than what comes on the other sandwich for $6.99 she charged me $8.99 for that sandwich. I am not very happy with it and I will be contacting Subway district representative.

So what’s the deal? Online it says they close at 9:00 The sign on the door says they close at 8:00 so which is it?
Online it says they’re open till 9:00 and it was confirmed by the business two weeks ago yet we close the doors at 8:00. Don’t advertise one thing and do another.

Staff was very friendly and worked on orders as quickly and efficiently as they could for being so busy with drive-thru, online orders, and customers who came inside to order; and with working with only 2 workers at that time of visit they both done an amazing job!!! My order was made correctly tasted fresh all around and was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Keep in mind Subway is still a fast food chain…it did not have condiments that are offered on the Subway app for their sandwiches…HUGE disappointment…this Subway didn’t even have the spicy brown mustard Subway usually has. This Subway is always quick to get food ready. They always answer any questions I have about new items and are patient when physical or digital coupons are being used.
The food is always good too. This is definitely one of my better Subway experiences.
