Disclaimer: I got carry out. The food was very very good. The chicken wings (boneless of course) were very good. I also got the hot brown pizza and that was good as well. This is definitely the local spot to go to for pizza if you are in the Fort Knox area.

Quiet at 3pm on a Tuesday , pizza was ready on time and filled my car with the most pleasant of smells. Pizza is great like I was told. Service was a little off. I walked in and no one welcomed me, employee came from the rear of the place to great me after I walked in and stood there for a second or 3. I get it was an odd time so I’ll look over it.

Me and the hubby decided to have a little date night Friday and wanted to try craft house pizza. Atmosphere was clean, it was open with some TV’s on the wall with different sporting events on also had a little bar set up in it own little space which I liked because you can still go with the kiddos as a family without feeling like your in a bar atmosphere. The service was a little slow but our waitress Bethany was awesome and even gave us a pizze on the house to take home because the first one was cut wrong. The food was amazing and hot and fresh and exactly what we ordered. We will definitely be going back. And again thank you Bethany for being an attentive and personable person See pics below

Went with friends who recommended it. Our first time here. Had brew house pizza. Was amazing! Service was excellent and server checked on is several times. Music was a little loud with speaker above us which she turned down after we asked. Prices were reasonable and nice atmosphere. Had leftovers to take home. Highly recommend! (Went on a Saturday evening)

Made it on opening day and boy they filled up fast!!! The crew showed they were a little green but they handled the rush very well !!! It was good seeing the owner / managers in the store working and supporting their staff ❤️❤️❤️!!!! We tried the meatball sub (4/5) and 3 different personal pizzas (Brewmaster 5/5, PeppaQue BBQ Chicken 5/5, & Buffalo Chicken 5/5) that were excellent !!! Good toppings well prepared and super tasty . If you’re looking for next level pizza a great w/ sports bar vibes and great beer coming soon (at time of review waiting on beer license) you gotta hit these guys up!!!! You will not be disappointed. 5 Stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This being my first time here and hearing people rave about out the pizza I was excited to give it a try. We ordered hot wings and found them decent in size deep fried to a crispy perfection with a sauce that was ordinary in flavor. We also ordered a medium craft house special regular crust. And requested no canadian bacon and the pepperoni to be doubled as the bacon replacement. The pizza came hot and fresh with crispy bottom
dough and flavorful toppings. Now, this might be my pet peeve as I prefer the cheese placement above the sauce then the meat and vegetables as I find the vegetables slightly caramelized during the baking process which enhances all the flavors of the pie. Also it helps the toppings from sliding off when biting into the slice. As I said that my preference and I won’t stop eating here because of topping placement. Now, what would stop me from eating here is the lack of hygiene by the cooks as it bothers me seeing my pizza being prepared by a long haired bearded gentleman with no hair net for his beard or hair tied back. Also being charged more for requesting to remove the Canadian bacon and replace it with more pepperoni is a bit of a stretch of ethical business practice. That’s my opinion. I could be wrong

Pizza was good but half of the draft beer options were out and after deciding on an option they had available and ordering it we waited for 20 min, receiving our food and then asking our waitress when we could expect our beer she explained the bar was running soo far behind she wasn’t sure when we would get them… we said don’t worry about it and then had to remind her to take the beer off the ticket after she gave it to us with them on there. Overall the food is good but I’d recommend just ordering it to go.
