Literally the worst Subway I have ever been to. The place is absolutely filthy. The drink area was covered in old sticky residue, the meat had flies and gnats on it and they were flying around the restaurant. The staff were kind, but there was an obvious lack of caring.

What a difference a year makes!!! I live near Spencer but had to travel to get food subway. Not any more. Fresh food and great service make this subway a great place to get a great sandwich.

THE most terrible experience EVER!!! Called in to place an order and the Owner acted like he could not hear me and then just hung up. I did this 4-5 times and finally I said, “I know you can hear me and I am going to keep calling in until you answer me.” At that point he laid the phone down with out hanging it up. I said I will be there in 1 minute, when I arrived there was 1 customer in the store and 2 young men working behind the counter. When the owner walked out I asked if he was the one answering the phone and he said, “yes, but I could not hear you.” I said then why did you not hang up when I said I would keep calling back? The two young men laughed as if to say, “BUSTED”. Then one of them got smart with me. EVERY POOR customer service. They do not care at all about their customers. I would recommend starvation before going here. I WILL NEVER go into this Subway again.
