Stopped in at this Subway the other day, and yikes!! This store is horrendous! The employees are terrible and they do not pay attention at all; they are very rude to customers and spend most of the time on their phones instead of filling out orders. Because of that, orders are frequently made incorrectly, even when they’re simple. The service is very slow, very unprofessional, and very frustrating. I would NOT RECOMMEND going to this location. Avoid it if you can. In fact, I would even go as far to recommend getting a sandwich at Kroger or going to the China Wok next door instead. It is a waste of time to stop in here.

I purchased 2 sandwiches. One turkey one teriyaki chicken. The gentleman was very kind and professional. He dressed my sandwich very well and listened to everything I wanted on it. A real sandwich artist! There’s not many that can make a sandwich like him. My favorite subway to go to in Bloomington IN Great job!!

’ve had the same issue every time with the same worker. When I say “the $6.99 6-inch Meal of the Day with mayo, pepper, and oil,” she always adds or changes something I didn’t ask for. She’ll ask, “Do you want the footlong?” or “Do you want vinegar? Mustard? Salt?” even after I’ve already said exactly what I want. It isn’t a one-time mistake — it happens every visit
This feels less like miscommunication and more like a constant push to upsell.
Today for the first time I asked for the 10.99 footlong meal of the day but did not get the drink or the chips that come with the meal.
This isn’t a misunderstanding it’s a consistent pattern that always costs me more or gives me less, and it feels manipulative.
When I asked the manager to fix it, he said there was nothing he could do because of the cameras. The only option he gave me was to pay again and wait two days for a refund, which meant I would’ve spent nearly $40 just to get the chips and drink that should have come with my meal.

I have been in here twice, both times with dirty tables and drink stations. Rude people at the register hitting you with “what’s next” and just the blankest stare, these people clearly don’t want to work here. My most recent time my girlfriend, my brother, and myself ate here. My GF and I got steak and Cheese and my brother got a turkey sandwich. My GF and I felt like the foods weren’t held at a safe temperature, especially the steak and wouldn’t ya know my brother was okay but my GF and I were bed ridden for 2-4 days with food poisoning. This place sucks. ($45 for 3 footlongs is nuts)Go to the Wendy’s in the parking lot next door and save yourself the pain and money. TRUST ME

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. I honestly don’t care so much about the friendly service as long as my food is good, but this franchise has neither. I didn’t post the last couple times I ate here bc i try to give people the benefit of doubt, but NO doubt in my mind this Subway is just yuck. Stale bread, dried-out meat, slimy brown veggies and a crappy attitude to go with it! Not recommended.
