I came here to eat after I found I couldn’t eat at Wendy’s. I loved my food. I had the Steak,Egg, Cheese Flatbread Sandwich and Orange Juice. I added bacon to the sandwich. I haven’t been there for some time and found they remodeled and it was brightly decorated.
UPDATE: July 29, 2024-I has been a couple of years since I last ate this location. I stopped here on my way to doing some shopping at Meijer. I ordered a 6 in Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Lay’s Baked BBQ Chips, and a Diet Coke. It tasted great, absolutely delicious. I love the BBQ flavor, and it hit the spot. It is one I am willing to order again.
UPDATE: January 15, 2026-I stopped here after visiting someone in the hospital, and it was nearby. I ordered a 6 in Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Baked Lay’s BBQ Chips, and a Dole Lemonade. I have had this sandwich before at other Subways. It was just as delicious as it was before. It is one of my favorites from Subway.

This subway sucks. I live right by this one but I’d make the trip and go to the one on National Road. The guy making my sandwich was skimpy on the veggies which makes up 80% of my order so I asked a couple times if he could add some more, and he added a literal sprinkle. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one on National Road, the employees there are much friendlier and they aren’t stingy with ingredients.

I ordered 2 footlongs subs. One was supposed to be toasted and one not. My sub had the driest bread and fell apart. I asked for oil and vinegar but got sweet onion sauce instead. We normally get good food here but so disappointed today.

I stopped at the subway on Chester to get a chicken foot long. The lady was very skimpy on all the ingredients, when I asked for spinach she put four or five leaves on it. So I asked if I could have more spinach, she put two more leaves on it. I asked again if I could have a little more spinach on it, she put a little more on it and said she would have to charge me extra for the spinach. I looked at my receipt when I got home and she charged me $1.59 for a little spinach and .40 for a cup of water. I’ve never been charged for a little extra spinach or water before, I will take my business somewhere else.

went to buy a sandwich and a wrap. The wrap was not an actual wrap, it was flatbread. The lettuce was very old and changed colors. like guacamole was brown brown and when I asked for fresh lady got an attitude and said it was because of the air. as if because she worked for Subway she knew about guacamole better than I did… ha. I bought the sandwich but canceled the wrap. this is very unfortunate because I love Subway and would normally be a regular customer.

Awful service. DO NOT PUT IN ONLINE ORDER AND PICK UP FROM THIS LOCATION! They always forget something. Recently ordered fresh mozzarella and was charged for it but was told they don’t carry it and that someone ‘probably’ put the shredded mozzarella. I believe I was speaking to a manager and she did not seem to care about my experience. Do yourself a favor and go to the subway on east main. They ARE GREAT! *EDIT* East Main is awful now, too. Nevermind. 🙁

I came into this subway to get lunch and lord and behold , they fixed the foot long sub just to my liking. The ingredients were fresh, and the employee was sort of off in his working skills, but I overlooked it because I figured he needed a job since he was going to college next door. First time I have been to subway in years and it has improved greatly. The service, food and atmosphere was definitely better. I got the garlic cheese steak and it was so good. My husband got the garlic roast beef and I tried his and it was okay. It wasn’t as good as mine. I recommend the garlic cheese steak. I also got a chipotle pizza roll, wasn’t good at all. No meat at all hardly (I couldn’t even taste it) just flatbread. I couldn’t even see or taste the sauce. I don’t recommend that. The 12 in chocolate chip cookie was good. All in all good place to eat.
