1st time coming here, monday mid afternoon for business meeting. Had the Italian cappuccino, Dalgona Coffee caramel and a Tiramisu. The coffee’s were perfect. Not too sweet. like other places who put syrup or too much sugar. Tiramissu was good and not dry. All baked goods are made in house, huge plus. Atmosphere was chill with lofi music playing, employee was a sweetheart. Will definitly come again.

They have improved their service since our first visit and you can order hot tea. Hot Thai tea is so delicious, you should try it. Deserts are one of the best in Milwaukee area. Must visit coffee shop if you are driving through Brookfield.

Stopped in late morning on a Monday. It wasn’t busy, with only a couple other people having a quiet conversation. The place is small, and nicely furnished, with some natural light coming through the front and rear entrances.
The server was friendly and did a great job to answer my questions. (thanks Emily). This is not your typical coffee shop or cafe. There are some very interesting drinks and food items, that you will not find anywhere else. I typically get a hot Tea Latte (London Fog or Chai Latte), but they don’t offer those. I was initially disappointed but I quickly got over it.
I ended up getting the Creme Brulee Croissant, and a Ancient Brown Sugar Tea. Let’s first talk about the Croissant, truly amazing. Like a Creme Brulee (which I love) it has a layer of caramelized sugar on top. The taste and texture was amazing. The Brown Sugar Tea, was very good, but very sweet. I skipped the boba part (tapioca pearls), but might try it next time.
The place was quiet and cozy. Some other customers came in and were either working or having quiet conversations. Great environment to bring a book and read.
I’ll be back, and this time with a friend.

First coffee shop in WI to amaze me in a while. Sleek atmosphere with great cappuccino at lightning quick speed.

They have such cool variety to their menu. Adventurous folk have a lot to explore. Cookie croissant or boba tea…or keep it simple w a freakin on point cappuccino that was whipped up in under a minute.
Atmosphere:
It’s cool as hell here. Subway tile lining the walls. Good photo op.
Service:
Quick, friendly, great.
Lots of free parking in an adjacent lot.

Great little spot in Brookfield! Sherpas has such a welcoming vibe, and the atmosphere is always relaxed and enjoyable. I especially love the honey dew smoothie with boba pearls—it’s consistently delicious and refreshing. Definitely a place I enjoy stopping by and would recommend checking out.

My friend and I met here for coffee, and we had a fantastic experience. We each ordered the Dalgona Coffee and Japanese Honey Toast (both pictured below) and both were delicious and fairly priced. I also got the Ancient Brown Sugar Tea and Cookie Croissant (not pictured) to go which were also delicious. The decor and atmosphere were great, and the staff were fantastic. I’ll definitely be going back!

I love this place. I think I waited over a half a year to give a proper review because I didn’t want for it to be one of those too good to be true experiences that fleet away as soon as you say something. I think it’s safe to say this is 100% the best boba place on this side of Wisconsin. The drinks are delicious and the tapioca boba is made so fresh it’s still a little warm when you get it. The pastry and dessert items are very unique and absolutely delicious. The store has a beautiful atmosphere and makes you feel fancy as soon as you step in. All of the baristas have been awesome, but one in particular makes the drinks with such expertise that you want to make sure you come on the days she works. Riona is a true artist with the way she expertly crafts all of her drinks. The ancient brown sugar syrup coats the glass perfectly and blends in with the flavor of the freshly brewed tea. If you are looking for the best spot for a boba tea look no further!
