Numerous times we have visited to be told they are out of meat or out of bread. Today we got sandwiches where the bread was so dry it was hard and flaking apart, called to inquire they said it was made yesterday and allowed to serve until 2:00 today. Why market “Serve Fresh” when in fact it’s not.. if they even have the stuff to make a sandwich!

I ordered a 12 inch ham and turkey with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and pickle on Italian bread. My complaint about this particular visit was the bread. It was so stale I would claim it to be un edible. When I unwrapped my sandwich the entire top layer of my bread had crumbled off and it made quite a mess. Also, the ends of the bread were so hard they were literally un edible.

Bought pizza. Small sprit. Driving down road less 2 min. Find pizza 3/4 cold. Cheese not melted all way. Sprite was not even that. Tasted like soap, carbonated water. This is 5th time in month half. DONE.

I wasn’t able to immediately eat my sandwich. I ate it 70 minutes later and I was so happy because it was an online order made exactly how I ordered it an to my pleasant surprise my sandwich is amazing. No thing soggy, nice and neat. Full of all the vegetables I asked for. My order is so great I had to write review before I can finish my food great job. 3/11/2025 picked you order at 3:31 the store was clean, the staff was friendly, my order correct….acknowledge your staff because they are definitely respectful and representing this store 1000%

The manager of this location is wonderful and as accommodating as they can be. Unfortunately, the higher leadership doesn’t allow for proper stocking of items (causing frequent run-outs of things). They also frequently close early and do not adhere to stated store hours. If you want to close earlier, change the listed hours of operation.

The food was good and the restaurant itself is clean which is why I gave it a second star. But the person behind the counter was rude and snippy the entire time. I work with the public too so I get how it can wear you down but if the staff can’t treat customers with any kind of decency they should be assigned to a different position where that’s not an issue.
