This is the second me and my daughter have been done dirty by this establishment. My daughter asked for the onion chicken teriyaki sandwich and everything on it besides tomato. She only got chicken and onion on her sandwich. My sandwich was made as if the person making was just throwing all the ingredients everywhere. Safe to say I will NOT be coming here again.

I ordered a Subway Club ($12.89 on the menu). I had to ask for fresh lettuce because the lettuce they were using was brown and slightly frozen. When I checked out the screen showed $13.79. However when it rang me up it was for $16.55. I didnt agree to pay more. How did this happen? And the bread wasn’t fresh at all. Worst experience at a Subway.

Ordered food to go for 3. Bread on one sandwich was hard. Other 2 sandwiches were just ok. Cashier told me my order was $24.27 and unbeknown to me I left a $4.85 tip. She did not mention that a tip was added or that I could choose not to add a tip. Not good customer service if you ask me! I won’t be visiting this location again!

I wish I could give this a zero star. Terrible customer service. They refused to brake a $100 and I spent over $60. They had a small sign where you check out that said n bills over a $20. They also had it posted on a for but I didn’t come in that entrance. The one we went into did not have it posted. The whole time the girl was rushing us I was holding a $100 the whole time so they waited until after they made our food to refuse our money. The tiny girl was very rude and obnoxious we won’t be going back.

The manager thinks she can charge people whatever she wants and adds and upcharges for a turkey italino when they couldve subbed the ham on the Italian BMT and i woulnt have been upcharged. never happened before i dont understand

Had exceptional service from a young boy that was working here very nice, manners and apologetic. Couldn’t get his name on his name tag, but He was very nice and was a very great atmosphere to eat at and enjoy. He deserves recognition need more great people like you in our restaurants! Keep up the great work you do.

Good food, bad service. I walked into an empty restaurant to pick up my online order and was completely ignored. The 2 employees were discussing which toppings needed filled while I stood right in front of them not being helped. Meanwhile, my sandwich is getting cold. This won’t deter me from going back, because I love the food.

Approx 20 people. She was very Professional and helpful and what would be the best value and for me to feed 20 people. She needs to be recognized for her efforts and knowledge of Subway.

i walked in with my fiance with my SERVICE DOG and the lady wants to tell me that animals aren’t aloud when one there is no stickers on the door and even if there was my dog is a certified registered service animal she is a ESA and a Service Dog i have paperwork to prove it so that lady can get screwed and i almost didnt get anything to eat bc i felt disrespected and she was disrespecting my dog
