Food was good but cashier is so rude. How hard is it to put napkins, condiments, etc in a bag. I was definitely bothering them when I asked for ketchup, even more so when I had to ask for napkins. Don’t even think about hearing thank you. I also almost hit a homeless person who popped out of nowhere in front of my truck.

I usually try not to complain because I work in food service and I understand that it is not the easiest job, however, my family and I have had multiple bad experiences here. On a few different occasions, my sister had to deal with cashiers being rude and negatively commenting on her. But on our most recent visit it wasn’t an easy ordering process (very slow) we all ordered huge teas with our trays and when we pulled up to get our food they gave us larges and we had to ask if they were out of the huge cups. They never told us that they were out prior to receiving the order and instead we were told “there is no price difference”. In addition to this, one of the orders were supposed to have chicken nuggets as both side items and instead we received one order of chicken nuggets and fries for the other(it was even on the receipt like this. We, as a whole, have tried to be patient and understanding as we know that it can be stressful but this was during a slow period. It’s not like we want to be pampered we just want what we ordered correctly. Preferably with a better attitude.

Dependable food & friendly service “Same,same but different…” Must try the jumbo blueberry smoothie to go. It’s a meal unto itself. I put mine in the freezer at home for consumption that nite or the next day. Family owned, friendly workers, local flavors.

I was in the drive thru and my husband saw a little squirrel looking for food reaching up at the order speaker. I cried because it was chilly and he ran away. I wish I could’ve fed him or put him in my car so he wouldn’t get hit. As far as the food everything was very fresh and made to order very hot like we like it

We had homeless come up to our car windows while in the drive though. They wouldn’t leave. I love to help people when I can but that was scary. They were not nice people. The food was great though.

I came through the drive thru and the cashier was very rude. I was handed my food out the window without a bag or thank you. I had to ask for a bag, condominets and napkins. I repeatedly said thank you and never once received it back.
The burger was very greasy and sloppy. The meat was super small and wouldn’t even stay on the bun that was way to big.
Visiting from another state and wanted to try something different but I won’t be going back.

We were just there (8/23 @ 12:45/1:00) and had probably the best service I’ve genuinely ever had at a fast food establishment. We did order a lot of food as we have a big family and have quite a few mouths to feed. The gentleman who was at the speaker was so kind from the time I got to the speaker till I got to the window. Every other time I’ve been to this location I’ve gotten attitude as I would place my order(again it’s a pretty large order but it’s definitely not that unreasonable) and instead getting upset he took my order like it was nothing. And as soon as we got to the window he was just so nice and attentive and made sure we had EVERYTHING. He checked the bags multiple times and told the kitchen what he needed instead of just passing me the order with part of it missing (like every other time we’ve ordered.) If he’s not a manager or making the highest wage he needs to be because THAT is how you treat a customer. I wish I would have gotten his name cause I definitely want him to take my order every time I go! Also food was freaking fantastic as always and ice cream was perfect so also thank you to the kitchen staff and guy who was on ice cream!!

This Is probably the worst fast food chain I have ever tried. The chili is crumbly and lacking in flavor. The coleslaw is cut up just like the chili so there’s no discernible texture difference. The food was inedible.

Waited outside for about 30 minutes,(no inside dining) and had to leave and go somewhere else. There was a large group ahead of my coworker and myself and after they were served no one came back to the window to take our order… this was one of the worst experiences, just waiting to order food. Other customers came and walked away also …SMH
