Service was good except all the lunches were missing the pickle. Don’t go there for a large order. I spent 150.00 on 17 box lunches and they wouldn’t accept a 15% off coupon at this subway because they couldn’t scan on my phone. Other subways do. Why not here? Seems like a poor business decision when you could have future orders of this size.

Store was open, sign said drive through open. They said drive-through was closed because they didn’t have enough help however there was only 2 people dining inside no one in line inside. no other cars in line. Clearly they could have helped me. No worries, won’t be back

Went today for lunch and did the drive through. Brought it home and the bread was hard as a rock. Bout broke my teeth on it. Rest was OK but geez, quit letting your bread sit out. Very unhappy!

When I walked in the employees scattered, one to the back, one to the restroom and the other to fill the crackers which seemed to take precedence over my order. She did finally come to the counter and, I will say she did a great job on the sandwich making sure I had enough veggies. I did compliment her as I do like my veggies. By the time the order was complete another employee cashed out my order. The place was clean even the bathrooms. That’s always a plus. I love that they wear gloves while handling the food.

Went there at 8pm there were at least 3 employees inside who completely ignored me and they had their doors locked even though their hours on the door say they close at 10.

Better experience, even though, they need to get their drive through fixed because I could barely hear them and had to repeat my order at least twice. What’s going on with the outside lights not ever being on? They told me “they don’t control them!?” How do they expect to get customers when they look closed? Food was good, but they didn’t put the caesar dressing or cheese on my chicken caesar wrap.

Have to come back & speak with the manager on July 13th in morning. It’s not a good review at all. We want a replacement to resolve issue. I also want to let the manager know so it dont happen to anyone else. Management will know what happened when I speak to them in person. It sucks because they had to close early today & I couldn’t talk to them about what happened today. So now I have to wait until tmrw when they open.
