Well when a employee tells you “he said the button didn’t say cheese” and “I don’t know” I think they need alittle more training. All sandwich’s come with cheese the he charges for “extra cheese”. It’s not the point it’s 1.50 more it’s that fact that they think it is common place just to say “I don’t know”

This is probably the worst place to get a sub. I ordered a pickleball sub and it had almost no ham on one side and none on the other half. Subway has become a horrible restaurant. They should be ashamed to sell this sub for $13.

On 7.26.25 @ 1545, Angie P was 1 of 3 employees@ counter. When my family of 4 was in line, ALONG WITH 6 other visitors; Angie P was the ONLY staff making food- The other 2 males, walked away & NEVER came to the counter to assist with food. Angie had to call to one of the males to come ring customers out, after making our 4 subs. The LACK OF AWARENESS OF SITUATION & TEAMWORK TO ACCOMPLISH CUSTOMER SERVICE was clear. Perhaps the 2 males need retraining on how to partner to accomplish serving food (as they were sitting behind the back wall, chatting).

Possibly the worst subway in america more then 20 customers came up amd everytime they said we are closed for 10 to 15 mins. And this is at a truck stop so after 30 mins has went by they keep telling people 10 more mins. No one wants to work. Everyone very lazy. They all think its sooo funny. Lot of business lost and people upset thanks subway.

Says it’s 24 hours and planned to eat here. Waited around for service and then had to be told by a loves employee they don’t work on weekends. IF YOU DONT WORK WEEKENDS WHY IS THE FOOD OUT ON A SUNDAY??? I could very clearly see the meat and vegetables out which made me think they were open. I feel bad for whoever eats there on Monday

What a joke.. showed up 20 minutes til close to wait 5 minutes and be told they only had 2 workers and were “short staffed” as if taking 5 minutes to make a sub on a makeline that is still set up fully ready to use, so they couldn’t make our food for us. Open til 10 means you serve until 10, yeah?
Edit: we did some shopping at the connected loves store, and while we checked out we see this same kid making an order for someone else. What a complete joke. If I could give a negative star, I absolutely would.
