Toby is the owner of this establishment and the manager and she also has an awful attitude and is very stingy if I’m asking for extra olives and you put five on there and I asked for a little cup on the side of olives and you put four in it. I think you have a problem. If you’re skimping out on olives, maybe you need to question your life choices. This is not the first awful interaction I have had with this awful lady.

I’ve been trying to order a sub here for a over a year. Maybe 18 months. Morning shifters can’t make a sub to save their lives. Ordered a foot long meatball sub. Only 5 meatballs the rest was just sauce that made the whole thing mushy, with only 2 slices for cheese. So it was a foot long with virtually no cheese 5 meatballs. Disgusting. And you pay like $13 for it. I’ve seen them cut the sandwich on its side which makes all the ingredients fall out. Dont ask for toasted because guaranteed the bread is so crusty you will choke. If you have any sauce on the sub they do 4 lines back and forth so you will have bites of pure sauce. It doesn’t matter what sub I order they will find a way to mess it up. They hate their jobs and don’t care about sandwiches or service. It is consistently a bad place to order a sub.

I ordered through the app and this is where it came from. My sandwich was not toasted at all, the cheese wasn’t even melted and it was wrapped with the sandwich sticking out of the paper so air got to the bread and it was stale. My sons bread is so hard he couldn’t even eat his sandwich. When I tried to call the store there was no answer. I never go to this one and this is why!!! Just ridiculous!!! I hate to see the attitude of the worker if they don’t care no more than that.

This restaurant does a good job and the employees have always seemed very nice. Lots of varieties of subs and toppings with different condiments to choose from. Great fresh made bread and different varieties of it makes a sub great you can have it toasted or not. Also good variety of awesome cookies. And if you want chips and a drink its available. I have always been satisfied with this restaurant and you can depend on the food to be fresh and well made.

Im not one to give bad reviews (check out my others) but giving one star for this place is generous. There is only ever one employee. Like that’s literally all they ever have on the schedule. 6:00 pm on a Saturday with one employee is bad management. The employees there do a good job with what they are given. But having to run to the fridge for three ingredients to make one sandwich is unacceptable. Unfortunately that comes from being short-handed literally all the time. I only to here if the other Subway in town doesn’t have what I want.
If a manager reads this, you should hire someone else to work your store. You need more people.

Okay so me, my fiance, and my 2 year old went in with a coupon(that the other subway said couldnt scan it) so we went to the Walmart subway. The coupon was for a buy 1 footling get one free. It said it ONLY EXCLUDES wraps, the monster, the MexiCali, & the turkey Cali club. However the lady told us that we could chose ONLY 5 of their selected subs. When we had a different sub in mind. We were told that was NOT an option! We weren’t trying to get any of the excluded subs. She was very rude to us and the subs were very dry! She also claimed they didn’t have certain toppings..but at the end of the line their sat a container with a couple of the toppings we wanted. This is why I don’t go to that subway unless it’s my ONLY option. There’s been an issue everytime. So that was the last time I will go there!

I hate to give one star, but if you order online, you do not get what you order. Today was the 3rd time they got my order wrong on 8 days. I stopped going to the other Subway years ago, but now this one is starting to go downhill, too. If you’re in cordon, I suggest you try Jimmy John’s; at least they can get your order right.
