I purchased 2 subs. a meatball sub and a club sub…..I had the club. Maybe the worker didn’t understand me, but I did not get what I’ve had in the past……I was expecting ham, turkey and roast beef….I can’t even tell you what I had. Also , I got 6 Raspberry cheesecake cookies….not as good as I’ve had before.

i felt terrible! the worker was in there completely alone but handling a rush with such ease and she was still so very nice. a few customers were rude but since i work in food prep as well i understood that there was nothing any of us could have done. my sub was amazing and the service was great. give this girl a raise.

Just recently I have noticed the frost buildup on the veggie containers. The last two times the veggies were frozen. So frozen it hurt my teeth to eat it. We went into Harrison today and really loved it so much more. Please adjust your set up Bright so we can come back to you. Have been eating there once a week for years!

This franchise for over 10 years has given me a Veteran a 10% discount. Now today 12/7/23, was denied and told they don’t and never give discount. The person wasn’t new and stated she had been there for 3 years. Very disappointing and made to feel like I was a lying. Ownership needs to inform employees or post near register for all to adhere to.

Two of the last three times I visited the restaurant I went through the drive thru. Both times my order was wrong when I got home. Last night 3 out of 4 subs were completely wrong and so sloppily made that they were inedible. These are mistakes that happen and can always be remedied. However, store management and ownership made it clear they were much more interested in defending and excusing the mistakes than holding themselves and their staff accountable. No regard for customer satisfaction. My rating is not based on the poorly made subs, but on the poor customer service coming directly from management and ownership.
