Ordered a pizza sub online last Sunday for carry out. Got home and noticed immediately that there was no marinara sauce on it. I called and was told if it doesn’t say Marinara on the ticket, they can’t put marinara on it. It obviously didn’t, because there is no where to select marinara sauce, that’s part of what makes it a PIZZA SUB. A puzza sub COMES wirh marinara. So after being argued with about that, she basically told me that she didn’t know what to tell me. So I decided to just call back when the store manager was there and speak with them. But once off the phone, I also realized that there was NO CHEESE, and no extra meat on the sandwich either, which I paid extra for. It was basically a banana pepper and black olive sandwich.
I’ve yet to catch a store manager on duty, and it’s been 5 days now. None of the employees seem to know when “she” will be in store to speak with. The last one was rude and cut me off telling me to “just come in and get a new sandwich”… she didn’t even let me explain what the issue was. She said she was only there until 4.. which wasn’t doable for me, and she didn’t take any of my info so I could get it at another time.
The man I spoke with there was even worse and didn’t know anything…. just a lot of “ummm, I don’t know how to help you”. Also, no idea when a store manager would be in.
My husband’s sandwich was wrong too, but not to the extent mine was and we hadn’t paid for anything extra on his so we decided to just let it go.
This restaurant used to be HORRIBLE.. but then it improved greatly. The prior two sandwiches we had gotten there were some of the best I’ve had.. but they’ve seemed to have taken a nose dive again. At this point, I just want my money refunded. They wouldn’t even take my name and number so the manager could contact me when they were in. I understand mistakes happen, as nd had they corrected it, there wouldn’t have been any issue whatsoever, but their Customer service is horrible and they didn’t even seem interested enough in the problem to correct it.

The kid working was by himself at 5pm. He was trying to get the table stocked and cleaned up, it looked like a toddler had been throwing food everywhere! Online ordering wasn’t working. The cabinet had no backup veggies, cheese or meats. He had a great attitude through it all. He got my order made and had to try to reset the POS to get it back online to accept my debit but obviously didn’t know how. He was amazing but Management needs to do better!! There is NO excuse for his manager leaving the store in that shape for him to deal with…DO BETTER!

Good food. Employees are nice just not completely knowledgeable about what all goes on the subs. Asked what all went on a few of them and got told that it says on the menu what goes on them. Found that a bit rude I guess. Also you can tell that the toppings like the tomatoes and stuff has been sitting for quite a while they just looked old. But other than that it was ok

Went in ordered 3 foot longs planning to use a coupon I had received in the mail that week and when at the register I try to use the coupon and they tell me that their location does not accept paper coupons..?? Say what.. then why are they sent in the mail to people? Come down to it the order would have been $45. Instead of the $18 it would have been with the coupon. I said this is ridiculous and the guy behind the counter was actually really cool and discounted things that he was able to get it down to $21. That was really cool of him but I still don’t get why they have property coupons if they don’t accept them…

The person who made the sandwich did a horrible job. She made our sandwiches very messy. The sandwiches fell apart as soon as we got them. She also kept saying she couldn’t make anyone sandwiches because the computer was down. We saw her turn off the computer after we were done. And she told in coming customers to basically leave.

The last few times I’ve been in there, they were very unorganized. They were out of sauces and or veggies. Said the other employees weren’t stocking things and the store manager wasn’t ordering what they needed in. Also, by the way they no longer take coupons! I watched a lady and an employee argue. As an employee,(mind you I’ve worked customer service with food) you aren’t suppose to argue or get rude…. definitely has gone down hill over the past couple of years. I recommend going to a different one.

The Subway of NO. No, we don’t take coupons. No, we can’t heat your sandwich. No, we have no low fat dressings. They had only oatmeal raisin and raspberry cheesecake cookies, no chocolate chip. The most pleasant aspect was the service. One very nice lady was working on her 13th hour at work.
Tried them again in July 2023. Owners still refuse to accept coupons. Too many other choices in town to give them my business.

Server was obviously agitated, ordered a wrap, it had a bug in it and when I brought it to their attention they just swatted the bug towards the vegetable counter. They ended up just putting the wrap in a bowl because they didn’t know how to roll it.
