If I could, I wouldn’t have rated my experience any stars. I’ve been to this subway multiple times, and have had problems every time. This will probably be my last time going after tonight. For one, when I started to order I got a rotisserie chicken bacon ranch sub. The chicken was more of a breast and not shredded. (Never had that problem before.) & With the sandwich I had, you get extra cheese. The girl that made my sandwich didn’t even give me a decent amount, AND I had asked for EXTRA cheese. I work in a restaurant, I know how people can be. But the service I got tonight was horrible, and I was nothing but nice.

The staff needs to understand that you change your gloves after handling cash. If you use gloves while handling money then you throw them away before handling food. You cost me $12 on a sandwich that I had to throw away.

The restaurant was short-staffed on my last visit, despite being very busy they managed to remain upbeat and friendly and worked very well together to help customers as fast as they could. They were very apologetic for circumstances that they could not control and very professional in acting quickly to help customers and not complaining about the difficult situation they found themselves in. As soon as one person left another would walk in and they took it in stride, greeting customers and still working quickly and accurately. Had an interesting conversation with 2 other customers while we waited in line about why Jimmy Johns sucks, so that was cool. Overall, good experience on 09/07/20. Kudos to the crew.
