The girls were very nice but almost acted disgusted I wanted more toppings on my veggie sandwich. The sandwich a pinch of lettuce, barely any tomatoe, asked for more black olive and one of the girls said don’t give too much those have to last us two weeks.. I’m sorry if I’m picky but a veggie sandwich should be full and not mostly bread.

I don’t feel like I really want to go back there. They barely put any vegetables on my footlong when I asked for them and only put a few strips. Is subway having a food shortage? I used to like subway, probably gonna find a better sub shop

Just awful. My whole meal was a waste of time and money. Where do i start? Sandwich, asked for sauce in cup, asked for toasted. The sandwich is drenched in sauce. There is no indication of having been toasted. All of the bun is soft or mushy. If I could add a video, everyone’s mouth would drop at just how hard the churro is when I managed to crack it. Pictures cant come close, but I enclosed a picture where my teeth tried to break through it. I love churros so i tried to eat it. I’ve never had a fossilized churro rock before. Never want another. Made me nauseous. One receipt shows special request, other shows toasted, both show date. Good thing there’s another similar sandwich shop; they’ll have our next order.

Stopped by for a quick bite because I skipped out breakfast and it did not disappoint!
I haven’t been to Subway in so long and this place definitely makes me want to go back.
My server was great, he was in an amazing mood and brightened up my day even more.
I got an Italian Hero and it was so good, my toddler even enjoyed!

Ask for my bread to be toasted. It came back a crouton too hard to eat. Idk if it’s stale bread or what. The woman making the sandwiches decided to toast mine and let it sit to get cold and hard while she checked out someone else. Seems clean. But I go to a lot of subways. I don’t think it’s this one knows how to make good sandwiches. It’s not a sandwich shop just a clean fast food restaurant. Disappointed

I get awesome coupons in the mail so we will eat here 3 or 4 times a month. I’ve never had an order messed up ( I go thru the drive thru). Their food is always fresh and on point.

Really pleasant staff behind counter. We were there on Monday, 7/5/21. The young man that took care of us was so nice and attentive. We rode in on motorcycle to take our sandwiches back to the park with waterfalls. He was made our sandwiches just how we asked, every detail, and even marked them so we knew which was which. It really makes it nice when u ride in 3 hours for a take out sandwich to go to the park and it’s done right with a smile. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Waiting in the drive-through line is no big deal to me it was how I was treated when I drove up to the window after waiting 20+ minutes to even order. The employee had a serious scowl on her face and she was EXTREMELY rude. I told her whenever she was ready (obviously this place gets busy, pretty common fact) I just needed three small sandwiches and she rolled her eyes at me and scoffed. I suggest when hiring employees you keep the unprofessional ones out of the workplace. Professionalism, maturity and a positive attitude go a long way!

If i could give this 0 stars I would! They have very incompetent employees at the one on E. Market St.. I used a bogo coupon for a chicken bacon ranch and got charged for the chicken and bacon separate from the original sandwich. Keep in mind that I didn’t get anything extra totalling $16 after the bogo for two subs. I asked why was getting charged so much. She told me that she had to ring me up the chicken and bacon separate since I didn’t get rotisserie chicken that doesn’t come on sub to begin with, while trying to make her aware of the situation that’s taking place, she gets snappy and argumentative and tells me to listen. So I told them to keep thier sandwiches and went to the Subway on 3rd street, where I never have a problem at all. The employees are always so nice! So my advice is go to the one on 3rd street where you don’t have to deal with incompetent a-holes! Also if you don’t like your job, don’t work in customer service! And to add to this they’re so skimpy on toppings, like lettuce and cheese. Come on we’re ready paying double from what they use to be! The least you could do is give us what we pay for! It’s lettuce for crying out loud!
