Love the food here. That’s never a issue. Problem with our last visit is we were the only 2 customers in the restaurant and had to wait about 10 minutes to order while a nice young boy finished up a big online order while 3 other employees one of whom I presumed to be a manager busied themselves sitting at tables, messing with their phones and doing anything else besides actual work. Pretty frustrating. I wish the young man would get a raise as hard as he was having to work to cover everything by himself.

Always enjoy subway. They have tons of different varieties of subs, bread, cheese. If you want more toppings, just say so and they will fix it just the way you want it. You can go lowfat or heavy on the ranch it’s up to you. Most employees are very polite when they aren’t packed. I also like the coupons when they come out.

Twice now i ordered from this Subway and both times my order was wrong somehow. First time none of my order was correct, one sandwich only had meat on one side of the footlong to the point I thought someone was playing a joke on me. I sent a review in and complained to the number on the receipt but got no response. Second time the app was not working correctly so I went into the store and the employee told me she knew the app wasn’t working but couldn’t help me with the price. I then asked for the manager or a phone number and was told that they couldn’t give that info out but could take my number and someone would call me. With my past two experiences I think that was very unlikely. Prices are already very high and I go into this establishment and feed 4 to 6 people each time I would go to be treated this way is completely ridiculous. Then to contact the customer complaint number on the receipt and nothing to happen is absurd. Save your money and DO NOT waste it here.

We were charged nearly 20 Dollars for a footlong with roast beef, turkey and cheese on it. There was definitely better ways they could have charged it to not make it not so costly, they didnt even warn us it would be 20 dollars for that type of sandwich. Will not be returning here, they do not seem to look out for their customers

When sandwich was done the lady smothered it with sauce like triple the amount. After doing this she even paused knowing what she did was wrong but wrapped it up and charged for a nasty dripping sandwich. Kinda sad was one of my favorite places to stop and eat. Never again will i eat here even if the food was free. If you really dont like your job then just quit!

Who has priority the customers in the store or someone that called in their order and isn’t anywhere in site and may not be there in the next 10-15 minutes. I was literally the only person in the store and I had to watch the lady make 3 sandwiches before she would even take my order.

Friendly people work here, mainly teens, but this one lady who has worked there for ages is stingy af, like girl…… I personally only add 3 things on, olives lettuce and mustard. Just give me a good amount not a sprinkle. Pretty sure she’s management too, I avoid her making my sandwich.
