Waited inside for almost 10 whole minutes at the counter without anyone helping me or realizing I was there – I could’ve made my own sandwich and left. Their pickup counter isn’t at the counter, so after the employee saw me and realized there was a human in the store, she pointed to the pickup rack behind me. And they made the sandwiches wrong.

This location has the worst customer service ever. They have lost a customer that’s for sure. If you can’t take orders in the drive thru at least put up a sign instead of having me sit there for five minutes only to be told we are short staffed and come inside. She was rude and I won’t ever go back and that what I told her. If I could give zero stars I would.

Staff are working hard and attentive to customers. Food was fresh and yummy. I felt bad for the only two working during the lunch rush as they had our in person line and then the online orders. Went through the drive through. Ordered my girlfriends food & mine. My gf didn’t get her sandwich toasted, I asked for a 12” Italian herbs and chz w turkey, toasted then add shredded chz, add tomato, & Mayo. With two drinks & 2 cookies. Got my order, didn’t get one of my drinks or cookies so had to go inside. Guy taken my order, even repeated everything I wanted on my sandwich, but cut me off before we finished ordering. Had to add drinks & cookies at window. Got home and realized that my sandwich is completely wrong, not the right type of bread, lettuce is on it, no Mayo. Don’t recommended going to this one, spend some extra money on gas & go to a different one!
