I ordered a homerun ham sub with extra ham ($4.00) and it was so light. Then as I was waiting to pick up my food… He finishes making it and checks his phone. Proceeds to help the next customer without changing his gloves. He didnt great me either. Then anither worker comes out and instead of handing it to me, tossed it on the counter. Very frustrating and gross. The ingredients were fresh and everything but yeah, I’m not eating this and hoping for a refund or something.

staff was rude and and acting like I was inconveniencing them by being in there. they expect u to know what to order before you even walk inside. the whole experience felt rushed and like my business wasn’t wanted. definitely won’t be coming back for a while

If only I could give -10 stars. I had an online order and went to pickup, 6:35 it said READY. I got to the store at 6:50 and waited 35 MINUTES, almost making it a whole HOUR AFTER MY PICKUP WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY. Walk-ins came in (atleast 6 people) and they HELPED THEM BEFORE MY ONLINE ORDER!! Literally needs to be closed down or new management. Would never recommend this location.

CASE the fort (JUST in CASE)
So happy this subway is still here and hopefully not going anywhere. I love it because I live close by so if I’m walking that fine. But most of all the staff is great and the food is fresh and delicious. The sandwich makers are nice and listen to your order. Thanks for lunch and dinner because I do subway for both.

The staff is so rude and weird i was asking to put some veggies and he wasn’t doing that well the bread was so hard and i asked him to cut the subway he said that he did but when i saw he didn’t it was the horrible experience and he spoiled my mood i ordered something else for my lunch now !!!

It good and bad. Some staff is friendly others not so much.why I started ordering online. I had one person who was rude when I was nice and i just wanted to order some soup. He was planning on selling the soup to me when it wasn’t even half way full. It was just filled a few inches. It was way less than half way full. He was corrected by his coworker not to do that. One time I had to go back in after already getting an order. And the staff in my face said. “Now what does she want now”. I’m not mean I’m always nice as I used to work for fast food places. But it is not nice to be treated like that and watching how others are treated more nicely in front of you. I’ve been gone here for years it going downhill. Used to be nice people working here not anymore.

I like ordering online it’s quicker. But when I do that the portion sizes they put it’s so little. Like 3 green peppers barelyany lett or anything even meat. I could see the bread. Once they put tomatoes and I looked at my order. It had no tomatos. That was concerning because someonemight be allergic to them. And in the winter time with the soups. They don’t fill it all the way. Not even half of the cup and it like 3 dollars for that cup. I made another order it was wrong. Plus I had to wait more when i ordered it online

Very clean restaurant. It is pretty small not a ton of seating. There was a short line when we got there but employees got through them quickly. The preparers made the subs just a little different. Same result. Food was good.
