The store is always clean, everything gets cleaned multiple times a day. The boss Kathleen and manger Matt work Sunday to Sunday putting in 15+ hours, sometimes the workers get stressed and tired. The other girl works everyday as well! They close early sometimes and it makes sense to do so, I don’t blame them..!!
The bread is baked daily and cookies are always fresh!! Food is never old it’s made within a day or two! They do the best job at getting everyone in and out while keeping the place clean and stocked with everything!! Best subway around for sure!!! Don’t be dumb and they’re polite!!

I went there today to grab a snack for my child after her eye appointment where ei watched Matt be the rudest employee to a customer when they had trouble articulating what they wanted he was very condescending towards the man rolling his eyes and had alot of attitude from what I know Matt is the manager of this place and I find his customer service despicable.. I wish I could say the rest of the team was pleasant but they weren’t

One of worst Subway. There open when they feel like working, Subway online app only works part time and always out of certain items. Young short girl ( shift manager ) is very rude to people. Will be contacting Subway corporate

Placed an order for pickup. They ran out of the sauce for my sandwich. When I went to pick up my sandwich they said NOTHING to me about it being out. Only when I went to go eat it, after I called did they tell me they ran out of the sauce. They told me at that point, “there was nothing we could do”. I called back the next day and asked if they would be willing to remake the sandwich, at that point, they told me, “You would’ve had to bring it back”. At no point when I called yesterday did they attempt to remedy the situation at all. I also stated that no one had told me the sauce was out when I went to go pick it up and if I would’ve know I would’ve had them remake it then and there. The person I spoke with told me, “I don’t know why they didn’t do that”. I again asked if there was anything they could do to remedy the situation, they stated, “Not at this time”. I am very disappointed with this Subway’s lack of communication & customer service!

Our bread was dry and tasted stale . Never had an issue with bread until today. Tried to call them and let them know . The guy said it was made today . I told him he might want to check it out because we got two sandwiches and both had same bread and both tasted stale.He hung up on me . Very rude and poor business management.

The seating is extremely limited but the workers are good at what they do! I ran in with a young guy who needed the potty NOW, and I was on a tight time limit AND I was starving from a long day of appointments. They let me put in my order then run to the restroom with my little and when I returned they were ready to ring me up and send me on my way! Everything was just as I had requested and I got to my appointment on time!!! Great experience! Thank you so much, Subway!

The lady that took my order was extremely rude and rushed my order. When I wasn’t prepared and said I needed a minute she rolled her eyes and just had a very poor attitude. It is unacceptable to treat customers that way and I will not be returning.

Very uncomfortable environment. The one lady there with the glasses on really did not want anyone in there. She acted pissed off anytime I’d say what I wanted or kept her from putting random stuff on my sandwich that I didn’t want.
