Ordered off the app. Went to the store and picked it up drove all the way home to find 2 of the sandwiches were not made correctly at all. Drove back and explained and they remade the sandwich. The worker was kind and apologetic I give him 5 stars but the food not so much.

Poor customer service employee was rude and acted like she did not want to workwhile the other associate burned the bread on the sandwhich and, stuffed my other sandwhich with so much mayo and ranch whole bread was soaked when we arrived home. Needless to say I will not ever be returning to this SUBWAY EVER!!!!!!

This was by far the worst Subway experience I’ve had. The sandwich was thrown together like the employee was mad at the bread, but the real kicker? The unsweet tea literally had tea leaves still in it absolutely disgusting. Actual loose leaf bits, like someone skipped a few crucial steps in the brewing process. Gross. Who’s in charge of quality control here?
The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since opening day. Sticky tables, napkin dispensers empty, and don’t even get me started on the customer service. Zero effort, zero care.

On 7/16/25 the place was not super clean but the customer service was good there was a nice young lady I think her name was Mattie who made sure I had everything I needed and made my sandwich with extra care!

Complete waste of time using the app to place an order. Placed an order online. I paid for it, and now I am being told I can not get my food due to no order. We clearly showed them the app, showed it was paid for, but told nothing. It is best to avoid, especially if using an online app. Won’t get any food, and unless you call corporate, they will keep your money.

I would put zero stars but I can’t. Seems like everytime we order here they mess up somehow. Today when we order we got the complete opposite of what we ordered. Ordered online for pickup. I ordered an Italian BMT on Herb & Cheese. This was the worst sandwich! The bread was practically burnt, I asked for oil & it was socked at one end of the bread. This is close to my work but I’ll go the extra into town or to the one by the license branch.

Normally very dirty, they do not even clean well after hours. Food is normally stale. Messes up orders without it even being busy. Ordered a pretzel with no salt was not even asked if I wanted it buttered and received no offer of cheese dip, was in oven too long, and was stale. Its a shame because a fast food place in a supermarket could bring in a lot of customers.

This place was disgusting. The make line was filthy. They were grabbing the meats and cheeses from the back room. (Which what I normally like about subway is that you can see how and what they’re putting on your sandwich) EVERY single booth table was covered in food. Everything looked unsanitary. The woman who made our sandwiches didn’t even wipe the knife off before cutting our sandwiches; so there was a ton of marinara sauce on our food. My overall experience here was just foul.
