The service has always been good at this location. I’ve never had to wait long, even at standard mealtimes, and I’ve never had problems with the food. The Subway/gas station combo isn’t optimal for dining in, but that’s really my only complaint. Otherwise, it’s a pretty standard Subway restaurant. If you’re looking for a Subway, this is a good option.

I wish I could give negative stars. Not only was it chaotic and unorganized due to being in a poorly designed gas station, it took a ridiculously long amount of time, there were flies everywhere, and I definitely got food poisoning. I will not be returning. On one hand, it’s my own fault for attempting to eat it, but by the time I was even able to get to order and see what a gross, brown, filmy mess everything was, I didn’t have time to go anywhere else. Should have gone literally anywhere else. Like even the gum in the parking lot would have been better.

Ordered and paid online for take out on a Sunday, and upon arriving they were closed. Called Monday to speak to someone and was told manager would call. No call, called back another time that week, no answer, called again the following and spoke to manager. Manager stated we do not have control over online orders, call the number from the app. Called the number no representatives available to help. Filled out form awaiting follow -up. We’ve been there twice in the month the first experience the cold cut sandwich tasted nasty not even a few minutes later both my self and my daughter ended up with food poisoning I had it confirmed by the ER then today they gave my daughter a cold cut with moldy bread she returned it to them and they tried to say that it was from the veggies she demand a new one and for complaining he drowned it in honey mustard on purpose they don’t want to admit that they were wrong

Kid was new brand new… The young man training him wouldn’t help him at all When he asked for help with my 3 sandwiches he said just throw it on there most of the topping choices were empty still no help took more than 30 minutes we were the only customers and when the kid asked how to put in $ amount He huffed and put his hand on his chest and moved him out of the way Worst experience ever he does not need to be training anyone and shouldn’t have been in customer service

I normally don’t have any problems here at Subway in Phillips 66 on Lincolnway West. But tonight was different I stop in around 8pm on Monday October 28th and Dezaray is working at Subway and she sees me look at the menu and in a very rude snobby tone says “are you ordering subway?” I replied with “yes, if you are still open” *eye roll* and replied with “yes” as she turns around and very roughly slams on the soap dispenser and has an attitude with everything she says to me. Just because you are not busy, don’t want to be at work or if you just are flat out lazy, does not mean you should be rude to you guest.
