My guest and I went there to eat before a movie. The clerk made our subs to order and we sat at a clean table. We even met one of the owners and he was happy to hear that Subway is my guest’s favorite meal. I would recommend this Subway as it is easy to get to and there is plenty of free parking. The food was delicious and fresh.

This is by far the WORST subway. They refuse to put extra veggie toppings or condiments. They try denying coupons. I was told I cant get extra VEGGIES because I used a reward in my account making my sub cheaper than normal price. I only go to this location for convenience on my lunch break and EVERY time they have an issue. If they want to make subs their way they shouldn’t own a subway.

Very inconsistent. Getting my sandwich made now. Came yesterday for a blt, 3 full slices of provolone used. Then today, half the amount is used. Whatever is normal is fine I just wish they were consistent as I come here often on my lunch breaks.

Went 02/22/2025 around 2:30-3:00PM. Your employee is talking on the phone when I walk in and doesn’t end the call the entire time he’s helping me. Piece of hard plastic in the sandwich. How is Subway going to charge $12 and change for a 6 inch sub and a vitamin water? The rotisserie chicken on it was slimy. There are so many other mom and pop sub shops but I figured why not go in fast I’m right here? Don’t go here. I’m disappointed I bit down on the plastic in the last few bites. Worst experience I’ve had with a subway to date. Awfully unfriendly service and ended up finding a hair in my food the moment I got home. Will not be coming back and would recommend others do the same until there is a shift in employees. Wish I could leave less than one star.

Something about the smell of subway already triggers childhood memories of stale bread and slimy ham, so I’m not a fan. My daughter, however, for some disappointing reason seems to enjoy it. I figured I’d give them the opportunity to redeem themselves and they managed to stay firmly at the very bottom rung or sandwich making. The worker had no clue what he was doing. Didn’t put the proper ingredients on either of our subs, completely forgetting the sauce on my steak sub. So, the awful flavor was amplified by the brittle dryness. Do better.

The Williamsville location doesn’t seem to follow what the menu is. Ordered a BMT melt which should’ve been pressed/toasted according to the menu and it wasn’t pressed (just barely warmed). Gave them the benefit of the doubt so the next time I ordered a BMT on flatbread, which in all of my years ordering rhis exact sub has always automatically come toasted since it’s the flatbread, and they never toasted it. This is the only location I’ve been to that seems to have this issue.

Tried to order. Was told could not use coupons. Was told we could try to do it online and obviously the coupons are not work online so we left without purchasing any food. Nowhere was stated on entry that they do not accept coupons.
