This subway has become extremely disappointing. I ordered pickup, a pizza sub with extra sauce (marinara and creamy siracha) toasted, with extra add ons. The sub I received had questionable looking lettuce (which doesn’t come on the sub in the first place), no marinara or siracha. no green peppers, no added jalepeños, was not toasted, and was barely filled with any ingredients whatsoever. I don’t tend to leave reviews, let alone bad reviews, but this type of service is pretty much always what you will receive at this location. notes are ignored, custom orders are usually disregarded, and it seems like they usually just put together whatever they feel like making you. I’ve had a few experiences where they add custom ingredients and fill the sub to your moneys worth, however, I don’t think I have ever received a warm/toasted sub. If you choose this location definitely order inside, pickup/delivery is always disappointing.

This sucks!! Dry bread flaky and falling apart!!! I called after I had this door dashed! All they could say was can make it for you again! Not the kid who answered the phones problem…but seriously come on! Only 1 of my 4 subs had the correct baked bread!! I paid way to much for this crap

Not impressed. Ordered the “home style” chicken salad wrap. Evidently that means throw some chicken in a bowl, add way too much mayo, and mix by hand real quick. I was honestly shocked she had the nerve to do that in front of me while I was watching. Needless to say I modified my order, got the minimum, and got out. Won’t be back.

The 6 inch subs where to high in there price 9. And tax even though they weren’t busy it was a major disappointment. All in all My luch shouldn’t cost me a 20.00 bill to eat.

Visited this Subway location recently and was disappointed with the experience. The sandwich lacked flavour. Additionally, the staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive, which made the visit less pleasant. Service and food quality need improvement.

Take out speaker does not work so drove up to window to order.afer placing our order for 3 sandwiches we waited 20 minutes and then he came to the window and told us they got busy inside and they were just going to start our sandwiches. In other words we weren’t as important as the ones coming inside .we wasted 30 minutes and told them to cancel our order. Will never go back

The place is huge! They have lots of signage you don’t see in other places. Upon entering I was greeted very welcoming by sherry! Let me tell you this lady should be the standard for customer service! She made my sandwich, offered to toast the veggies add the sauce before roasting. I’ve been to a number of subways and have never been treated so kindly and offered any of these things. Great experience!

Tried to order a Mexicali and I got home and had a turkey and bacon sandwich. Was cold and was supposed to be toasted. Got a flatbread that was supposed to be toasted and is also not. The only thing right was a wrap I got. When you pay $26 dollars for some sandwiches they should at least be correct.
