Ordering through their app, ask it be handed to me. No order. No attempts to contact. Later in my email they showed me a picture of the food left outside in the snow several buildings away. Ridiculous! Go to complain and you’ll get a chat bot with preselected options that doesn’t resolve anything. Complete waste of money.

I use to come here all the time for lunch but the lines were so long and it would take up most of my lunch break just standing . Stopped in today and it looked to be in much better shape than before . The store was clean food looked fresh and the staff was nice . Ordered the steak n cheese and it was delicious and they put plenty of meat on it . Only complaint was they didn’t give me napkins in my bag . I may start eating here again

I used to work at a Subway because I would crave it while I was pregnant. With that being said I know how a subway is ran through and through. THIS Subway here is One Of Thee Best Subway locations I have been to!! The employees were helpful, kind, and very attentive. This manager (whomever it may be) is doing a WONDERFUL job.
The FOOD is Very Fresh. The meats and vegetables were all full. I like a lot of veggies so usually the sandwich artist will make a mess of my sandwich But Not Here Buddy. This you Gentleman with blue eyes and blond hair deserves the Title of a true sandwich artist!! The way he took great care into making the perfect sandwich for myself and my daughter is admirable!!! I’m not sure if I ever want anyone else to make my Subway sandwich for me, as of yesterday.
Hats off to this Subway!!
P.S. no pictures due to being in a hurry but rest assured I will be one of my favorite places as long as he is working.

Excellent Service at Subway!
I always have a great experience at this Subway, thanks to Anna! She’s always there to greet customers with a warm smile and makes everyone feel welcome. She’s amazing at remembering regular customers and their favorite orders, which adds a personal touch to the experience. My go-to sandwich is the veggie sub topped with Southwest Chipotle—so delicious! The service is always quick, friendly, and top-notch. Highly recommend this location!

Very disappointed at this local Subway for the racism they showed to my friend , myself and our children.
Alexis who made our sandwiches was very rude and lacked customer service skills. She never once smiled at us or showed any sign of welcoming. My son who is 2 years old took a cup from the counter and she confronted us very aggressively to pay for the cup. It was embarrassing especially after she asked if “I could afford it?”. My friend went back inside to ask for her name and she overheard her telling her coworker “it’s because they are Mexicans”. I am distraught at the fact she treated us so horrible. I will not be returning to that Subway until they correct the way they treat their customers.

Fresh quality food. Friendly crew and service but their lack of transparency on their $6.99 6” meal deals are pathetic. I wouldn’t bother ordering that deal, ever. If you do, you’ll receive an altered size “6 inch” sandwich. It’s technically close to 6” in length but the bread and overall sandwich size is scaled down dramatically. Don’t fall for it.

My experience here was average. Worker seemed overwhelmed. And a big word of advice for anyone who has payment method on app remove it before someone hacks it and orders food off your account. Happened to us hours after ordering here.The Subway app is very unsecure. The company should correct this or remove the “Shady”app. There is numerous occurrences of this but yet nothing changes….??

I love this location. They make the best in my opinion. I was questioning the tip thing a lot for picking up. I guilted myself into it thinking if I don’t, might not have good food. They left out two cookies and a coke. Although I’m sure I should have grabbed the coke. They saw me standing around weird. But I didn’t see it on the list attached to my order. So I left. Looked back at my order on app. And there was a coke. Just for people who feel they might need to tip for excellent service. I don’t think so. Tipping has gotten crazy. Just my experience though. Again, food was great. Place always clean.

Short staffed. Just two workers. But they did a great job. Gotta say, the customers there were complete idiots. One old man was face timing an order. Another group was a bunch of rowdy kids. But the ladies never lost their composure and our sammiches were awesome! Thanks
