Myself and my daughter went to get dinner she ordered a spicy Italian I ordered a salad. First when I asked them to cut the tomatoes and cheese in the tossed salad they said they didn’t do that anymore and the lady working ripped the cheese with her hands while wearing the gloves. She seemed irritated that I was asking for the tomatoes to be cut but she did finally do it even though she tore the cheese. Obviously she did not put the cap on totally as when we left and got in the car the salad fell out spilling all over the floor. When I brought the salad back in with a picture of what happened “mark” the manager said he was not replacing it as it wasn’t there mistake with the food so I would have to pay for another salad in full. I did pay for this salad as a reminder that I will never come back to this subway. You can tell they did not want to be here and the energy was definitely off. Now I can see why there was no wait time.

The MANAGER not only DID SHE REFUSE TO MAKE MY FOOD BUT SHE ALSO CALLED THE POLICE AFTER I DID WHAT SHE ASKED AND MOVED MY CAR. I go to this location often and was known to get the Tuna sub. So I knew the manager before she became the manager. As someone who works in retail, she handled the interaction horribly as a manager and then proceeded to call the police on me to have me trespassed after one incident. I try my best not to make bad reviews but this took the cake. I know where i was wrong but to yell at a customer and then proceed to escalate the situation to where the police was called is all crazy. Never got my refund either for the food she had to cancel. This is my first and last interaction with her since she decided to involve the police over a parking spot.

Ordered my food online and couldn’t make any changes on the app.So I had to go in as soon as I placed my order and the guy instantly had a attitude. The employees in there are very rude and disrespectful.Do not recommend going to this location.

Was extremely disappointed with my salad today, I get the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki salad all the time and it’s always been chopped up nicely and is very good, but today when I ordered it, it was just all thrown in the container (picture added). When I asked why it wasn’t chopped I was told they no longer chop the salads. Why did they change this? I called a different Subway and was told they still do it that way. So I guess they will start getting my business from now. Shame.

Good enough as Subways go, and they do have the veggie patty, which is appreciated. However, they won’t give cups for water, which is really poor customer service – it’s something so cheap that makes paying customers happy since not everyone wants to always drink soda.

If I Oder a meal of the day including a drink and soda machine is not working at least let me know. I was told I can get any bottle drink but was never told there is a up charge, and when I questioned it I was ignored. Very rude!

They had a computer issue that wouldn’t allow card transactions after subs were made. After 30 minutes they would rather throw away the food than give it away. So 3 subs in the garbage. I didn’t have cash at the time only cards.
