I ordered a sandwich and it wasn’t made correctly. When I called to complain I was told that is the way we make them now. But the other sandwich I got was made the way it was supposed to be made. Her explanation was someone else made that sandwich so no matter what one of my sandwiches was made wrong but oh well you paid 9 dollars for a sandwich that is inedible your bad

So it’s usually pretty decent. Whatever I’m craving usually comes out pretty much like I ordered. Sometimes the drive-through is a wait, but I never complain. Sometimes busy hour and maybe short staffed. Always friendly. I mean, you can’t really go wrong with a sandwich you hand puck to be made. I’ll keep going.

The older ladies behind the counter come off as incredibly rude. I was trying to make their job easier by suggesting that they ring me up as if I was getting a spicy Italian and just give me double salami, something that most subways I’ve been to have suggested for me. She kinda snapped and told me she can’t do that, that she has to do her job and to just tell her what her what I want on my sandwich. It came off very rude to be honest and I only got 12 pieces of salami. I don’t think they understand the point of customer service.. Additionally, if a customer is kinda quiet, it’s proper to ask them nicely to speak up. I get that you’re at work, but that doesn’t excuse having attitudes.

This subway really struggles. I have been there more than once in the past year and it takes an abhorrent amount of time to get food. Most recently, it took half an hour for me to order and get my food. I was the only car in the drive thru and I ordered 2 sandwiches. When I finally paid, they provided me with the receipt where I learned I had paid for the wrong order. They cancelled that payment and then brought my food. The order was wrong and I had to wait for them to remake it. They then charged me for the correct order, but when I drove away I learned that the order was still incorrect. I’m not sure how this location continues to get business.

First time in a while being back at this location in LaPorte. Kind of a funny entrance. I usually pass it before I realize it.
Well worth paying attention to. I can always hear them perfectly in the drive thru. Fast delivery to the window even tho everything is made fresh. Great Tuna Subs but today I tried the new Italian. So very good! Excellent ice tea here also.

The two ladies working today must just hate their jobs and their lives. Not a single smile around, we weren’t greeted, no eye contact whatsoever. The only reason I’m even giving 2 stars is because the food is tasty. With 2 other subways in town within a few minutes of each other, this one has lost my business. Customer service is important.

At this point I think they’re doing it on purpose because again my sandwich was not right and there are 23 olives in a huge clump… And yes I counted. I’m certain it wasn’t toasted and if it was toasted it was toasted for like 5 seconds there are clumps of cucumber and it’s like eating soup inside bread. I will say that the girl that brought me out my food was nice and I did not have to explain where I was this time

Tina was incredibly rude checking me out today. I clarified a question she had for me, then she became hostile and raised her voice. I corrected her outburst, yet she continued to escalate the situation and did not apologize.

Unpleasant experience with two girls working there in 8/2/25. One girl seemed like she hates life.

Food is always good. Used a coupon this time for lunch. The server helping me was nice and tried to honor 2 coupons for me. One for my meal and one for my cookies. Another server says to her coworker, “I told you you can’t use 2 on one order.” That kind of interference is off putting to customers. My server did ring my order up as 2 orders. Kudos to her for not being bugged by the other staff member.
