Food is usually fine, service is absolutely horrible, they currently do not honor any deals that are on the app. Specifically the “4th footlong is free” told me even tho I use the app I must hold on to the 4 receipts for him to honor it. So I lost the free footlong and I the 4-5 dollars I spent making it a meal

Worst managed fast food restaurant you can imagine. Franchise owner refuses to honor nationwide deals and will actually call you to let you know he doesn’t AFTER you order and will not refund you. Have fun looking at the Christmas tree from last year, too. It’s October. Pathetic. Go somewhere else. Trust me.

I’m not sure what ladies were working today at lunch time on 7/31/25 but they were all wonderful, attentive and patient. Very warm and polite. Not what I’m used to in this location. When I think of customer service and going above and beyond, these ladies at the Paris rd location were absolutely AMAZING. idk your names but you made my experience the best yet. And the outlaw sub was fantastic! Perfectly made!!!!

Save your money and go somewhere else. They don’t honor any of the subway company deals and if you try to use one they’ll take your money just to cancel your order 1 minute before it’s ready.

Ordered a flatbread pizza veggie and they used the meat ball marinara sauce no where does it say they use this sauce. Ate half my pizza before I realized their pieces of meat on my pizza which is sad because im vegetarian.

The prices are getting out of control. Some footlongs are over $14. If I didn’t have gift cards from my credit card points I wouldn’t be eating there. Update – 8/24/25 – Less and less meat on the sandwiches! Had tuna and on both sides of the sandwich there was NO meat. Sad!

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an online order at 12:10 and the app said it was ready when I checked it at 12:30. It was after 12:45 before I finally got my order. Showed up and they had just started making it. Ended up having to sit there and wait as they rang up several other customers (including other people with online orders). Hadn’t been here in a while and was quickly reminded why. Don’t go here if you care about your time
