Went to this location tonight with my family after a ball game. It was 8 pm. The hours listed on the door said they closed at 9pm. The girl working informed us the dining room closed at 730 and we couldnt dine in. Those hours were not posted anywhere. Just a bunch of kids not wanting to do their job. Not to mention my husband had to holler my childrens order over her vacuum as she couldnt even turn it off for him to speak. Music blaring. Not a good experience at all.

Will mess up your sandwich, and refuse to remake it. They told my husband they would give him a discount on a new one, and that’s when I called. They forgot to put me on hold while they called the manager and talked horribly about me and said they hate customers like this. Claiming my husband said something completely different when I was right there. I called the young unprofessional girls out for their horrible customer service and hopefully humbled them by reminding them they work at a gas station subway. Avoid at all costs!

They charge you before they make your sandwich, and then recharge your card for any extras you add onto a sandwich. Not great with customer friendliness.

Wasn’t greeted and waited about 5 minutes before someone asked me what I wanted even though I was the only person there. I understand the two ladies were making an online order but the third girl could have been helping me from the beginning. Other than that the place is clean and up to date. I dislike how this store doesn’t participate im several of the subway deals.

The bread was undercooked. The three girls working had no idea what they were doing and were rude. I asked for a sandwich I always get (and being a former subway worker I know they have) and they told me they didn’t have it. I asked to add bacon to my sandwich and after I paid I said I wanted just the bacon warmed up and she told me bacon doesn’t come on it. I had to remind her I asked for bacon. I asked for oil and the girl I think her name was Erin almost put vinegar on my sandwich. I had to tell her she had the wrong bottle. The workers did not listen to a single thing. I’m not the type to ever complain because I know what it’s like to work in fast food and at subway but this was a Very bad experience.

The store is clean. Typical subway menu and prices. They seem to have a high turnover. Sometimes the customer service is poor and get someone with an attitude that looks and acts like they don’t even want to be there.
