4 stars mostly cause a standalone building not the typical gas station renter location but the place is showing its age with dirty dilapidated ceiling tiles and a door handle that’s bent from so kuch yse. The menu has more variety now than our last Subway vusit about two years ago. But the bread seems thinner (less thickness save $ materials) as my italian bread footlong bread literally broken in multiple places upon opening the wrapper. The meats are the same, flat pressed in a preformed pad (not airy, mistake, not deli) and everything the same as reo years ago got my fill for now. This would be 3 stars for the food. Service was ok but we got overbilled, did get a refund though. The outside seating had leaning bent fences. Place needs repairs but guess that’s the way it is these days.

Food is okay, a little below average for subway. Employee is talking on the phone through airpods the whole time we’re there, so the order took a while because we had to repeat things and point to get the correct food.

Even though I rated every category accurately (in my personal opinion) I’m giving this particular Subway an overall 3-star rating for one reason & one reason only…LOCATION !!!

When I tell you that I’ve been working up the block from this Subway for over a year && I’m just now figuring out that there’s a Subway ducked off behind the Speedway and a row of trees…it’s crazy . So many times I’ve driven past this Subway to go to a different location further away from this one . Wasting gas and money when there’s a Subway in walking distance from my job .

Besides that realization…everything else is as expected from a Subway . I wish I knew her name…but the light-skin petite woman with the box braids is always nice when I visit . She’s very attentive && doesn’t skimp out on the portions like most Subways do . Anytime I visit Subway and don’t have to ask for “more” is a good day .

Did an online order for lunch today. I went and picked it up and when I returned to work to open it this is what was given to me. The top of the bread was hard as a rock and burnt to a crisp. If I am going to pay for food, I would like to be able to eat it!

I have gone here numerous times hoping the customer service would be better but it is not. Every time I walk in I feel like I’m interrupting their “personal time” and they aren’t welcoming at all (usually met with a huff or roll of eyes). The subs are made with no care and hardly any toppings. I have to ask for extra lettuce almost every time. The atmosphere is usually pretty clean and the food has been good, it’s the customer service that makes me not want to ever return or recommend to anyone.

I stop be here in the evening on the way home (live in Franklin Township, so its convenient enough). This used to be a decent Subway, despite its location, not anymore! Its run down looking, needs a serious deep cleaning everywhere!! Bread was so hard!! Veggies were not bad, fresh for the most part. Employee was friendly but hard to understand. Besides the filth and hard bread, my biggest complaint is the ‘tip’ option on the card reader pad. I selected ‘no tip’ then used the tap function for my debit card. After leaving I thought the amount seemed high for 2 subs only. Looked on receipt and it shows I gave a $4.07 tip!!! WTH!!! This needs to be removed from their card reader pad!!! Why on earth is this even a thing for a Subway?! Now we are asked to tip at a fast food place?! And why did it even happen after I selected ‘no tip’?! I’m done! Will NOT return!!!

“No Bready Bowl” Definitely not worth the price, and didn’t even come with all the meats the sandwich would have. Wanted to give it a try and the picture of course looked at least a bit appetizing. What I got wasn’t even close! Hard pass and will never order that waste of money again!

I appreciate the value meal they now offer. I know cost has gone up but it was close to “dining out” prices per person without it and made me not want to be a customer before they introduced the meal deal.

I was charged for a tip I didnt put know about. The machine where you put in your charge card to pay never showed me the option to put in a tip or even showed me the price. I checked out my receipt when I got home. Also they put little and I mean very little anything on top of my sub that I ordered. YOU CHARGE FOR SOMETHING THAT WE THE CUSTOMERS DIDNT ASK FOR OR AGREED TO. The tip was only ten percent and I can afford to pay for anything I want. But fast food is a full service resturant. I am tired of all of these machines showing tips on them anymore. That is theft when you charge someone with things they never asked for.
