By far the WORST customer service and food I’ve experienced!! We have been coming to this Subway for a long time, but after the experience I had yesterday, we will never be returning.
The customer service was absolutely horrible!! The two employees made it evident that they did not want to be there making orders for customers. Such horrible attitude, they would mumble so you can’t hear them clearly. The lady was rude and would put ingredients on the sandwich that we did not ask for, only for her to take it off and put it back in the container. She also was not wearing a hair net, so her long ponytail was touching people’s food when she would reach for ingredients or turn around to the toaster. The guy was clueless on what to do and the lady was rude to him when he would ask a question.
The food was disgusting. The wraps were flat, with barely any ingredients – of course nothing like the pictures. The sandwiches were slapped together.
Next time I want Subway, I will drive to a location further location from my house then going to this one that is closer for me. Absolutely disappointing and such disrespectful behavior!

Stopped in after work an had decided to grab a ham and turkey sandwich which was I’m actually glad that I did. The atmosphere was terrific the young ladies had both personality and great customer service. The environment was peaceful which sometimes is good when your an adult. For store cleanliness it was beyond clean and I’ll also add pictures below.

The food tasted great (as always with Subway) but service was rather stale and lacking of engagement. The ceiling tile and floor conditions were atrociously grimy and one employee was running the register and food line making service painfully slow in a busy, high population area.

Without compare, the rudest Subway employees I’ve ever encountered. Both people were obviously miserable and angry that they had to serve us. Did not even pretend to care about good service. Will not return to this location. Ordered online, tried to check in with them to make sure they saw note about cheese on half, couldn’t even get them to look at me and surprise surprise, they got it wrong. No cheese instead of cheese on half like I requested. For some reason the side window which is there so you can see sandwiches being made, is covered in paper to obscure view. Bathroom door (on a single person bathroom) lock broken, someone had attempted a repair to door strike plate with sandwich wrapping. Food was mediocre, this location is a prime example of why this franchise is struggling.

I ordered online a foot long tuna and my co worker ordered a BMT. My Tuna sandwich was not prepared as I ordered it and did not have enough a tuna on it for a 6in let alone a foot long. I literally ate bread and lettuce and mayo. No oil, no black pepper, and not tomatoes. And I ordered extra tomatoes. I didn’t say anything to my co worker and she comes in the back and tells me it was the worst sandwich she has had and there were no meats. I usually watch them make my sandwich but I couldn’t because I ordered ahead. BIg mistake. I tried to call the store and no answer at all. I called 6 times. If u want subway, find a different location. I showed half of the sandwich. Smh

Stay away… I ate there on Wednesday 5/8 and ended up hospitalized for 2 days with a Shigatoxigenic virus (caused by e coli, aka food poisoning). I never eat out but ate there as a last resort with my daughter. Never again.

We ordered a 6 in tuna with American cheese toasted on white. 2nd sandwich was 12 in steak n cheese, provolone, on white toasted. The girl had to be told several times what the sandwiches were. She kept making them wrong. We couldn’t see what she was doing because the meats were covered. When we got home the 6 in still wasn’t toasted. The whole experience is not what we used

The past three times I’ve ordered online, the same young lady has messed up my order. I finally took it back this time. She was so rude. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, She didn’t care. She seemed upset she had to remake my sandwich and then she tried to short me on meat and cheese and was upset when I said something about it. She really needs retrained or slow down and read the ticket. It’s not busy there poor customer service and lack of respect.

My least favorite subway to go to as of now. I’ve went three times. The first time was great, the employee took his time and made a great sandwich. The past two times have been awful. Literally the sloppiest sandwiches, I asked for red onions and she gave me jalepenos and then got a major attitude with me when I told her I did not ask for those. Super rude and is awful at sandwich making. It sucks because I use to love this location. Store looked clean and well managed but I’d look elsewhere if you can. I’ve never been treated as an inconvenience while trying to order a sub.
