Came in for the first time to have a cup of coffee and a.muffin. seemed simple enough of an order but… Was given a number to place on table for order. Sat down and placed the number on the table, 10 minutes goes by. Went back to counter to inquire about where the order was and the kids “working” behind the counter informed me that the coffee is self serve and the muffin was there on the cashier counter waiting for me… So, poured my own coffee and took the muffin back to my table. WHY on earth would you make people wait under the guise of being served when the policy is serve yourself. Definitely need a change in management at this location.

Very, very cool spot! The layout is beautiful, and I love that there are options for coffee if you don’t want to drink. My lattes were pretty good. I got a dirty chai and a sugar cookie latte. Service at the coffee bar was really great! The workers were really nice and talked to my friend and I. At the bar, we weren’t approached, but I understand as it was approaching closing time. Lots of great places to sit and take photos. I wish the hours were longer on the weekends though!

Of all the coffee spots we’ve tried in town, this one is by far the best. Simple menu with classic variety and good espresso drinks in a beautiful setting.
My favorite part though is that you’re served in ceramic mugs and plates rather than plastic (unless getting to-go of course). It’s so difficult at so many coffee shops to simply get your coffee in an actual mug and not a wasteful, chemical filled plastic cup. I’m relieved to find a coffee shop like Mocama that has adopted the more sustainable and enjoyable approach as standard.

Great coffee. I typically never enjoy coffee when we travel. Kind of a coffee snob. This place is legit. So rare to have great coffee in FL & so rare to have it in a cool beach destination like Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach. Well done Mocama

I am a little bit of a foodie. I decided to get the Biscuit Sandwich today with sausage. The price of $10 seemed a little high. However, it is SOOOO worth it! I love biscuits and take pride in making biscuits. This was the best biscuit that I have had! The egg, sausage, and whatever else was in there was perfect! WOW! This will become a regular for me. Highly recommended! Sorry, no photo because I couldn’t stop eating it.

10/10 beers and vibes. I loved stopping in here after leaving the beach for a few stouts. Their service is very friendly, and they’re happy to answer any questions about the beers. There are plenty of seating options, including outdoors. The coffee shop is open pretty late and the coffee drinks tasted great as well.

Great service! I ordered a caramel cappuccino. I had found the best cup of coffee I have ever had!! I will now be ordering that every time I go. The atmosphere made everything 100 times better. Perfect meeting place! Highly Recommend!
