First time in this location. The costumer service was absolutely amazing. I was acknowledged at the door upon entry. The woman was friendly and patient. She got me through the line no rush! What I believe was the manager was a joy. He was kind and spoke to me as a person not just as a business transaction and even acknowledged my children! It’s been a while since I’ve been out and the world and felt geniune kindness. So I thank you all & best wishes!! Oh yeah the food was great!! 10/10 experience!!

I love the staff but the owner really needs to get a lid on the bathroom policy I do laundry here next door and when I want a bite to eat I step over neither bathrooms are working I have been coming here a year straight as the owner get your bathrooms together this not ok and if it’s a precaution to Covid you have to join the band wagon clean sanitize like everyone else not sorry I’m sad

I stopped eating Subway years ago but I stopped here on my way home to grab a foot-long to share with my boyfriend. We ordered the spicy Italian and I must say I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Thanks for lunch… Real fresh veggie at this store and No.1 rank in Indianapolis

I would give them a better rating but their lacking in some departments. Online services you’re unable to use Subway approved coupons. Then when you go in the store their bread selection is minimized and multiple types of bread have been removed from the menu with a black strip of tape. The employees were nice and professional.

Avoid this place unless you want someone deliberately taking ten minutes to make a sub. I have never been more disappointed in my life. He was moving extra slow deliberately because he was the only one up front. I wouldn’t have someone that slow working for me. My wife finally received her food and we left. He was struggling enough with her food so I didn’t want to overwhelm him with another sandwich. Smh.

I had the worst experience ever in this subway. The work station is completely a mess and not at all clean. The employees were confused to work on the sandwiches which the customers where asking for. All the three employees were attending the same customer at one time. Because of this, there is a long waiting time. Finally, One employee asked me for what sandwich i wanted for. I said I wanted to have a veggie sandwich. He took out the bread and suddenly jumped to register to put the already made sandwiches in the bag without even excusing me. That was very rude !
