Not sure what’s changed, but the last few times I’ve been in subway, the attitudes and personalities of the employees have been so positive. I quit going to this subway for several months because of poor service. However, this new Team is awesome! Highly recommend – plus, their dining area is redone and all their food just feels and tastes so much fresher.

Just really tired of getting a sad and poor excuse for a sandwich. Couldn’t even give we a good deal of veggies. Not sure why they even open the subway. I know it not how they teach to even make these sandwiches. Won’t get my money again. Just a rip off sadly.

About a year ago I left a 1 Star review. Counter staff was grumpy and not the least bit friendly. That has completely changed. There have been new people behind the counter for a while and they are great. They make great sandwiches and are friendly and smiling throughout the process. They also have a great sense of humor. I really enjoy going there now. Thank you!

I would rate it zero if I could. Asked for toasted. Was not. Forgot pickles everything seemed soggy. Lettuce was brown. Ingredients defiantly not fresh. Didn’t bother call to fix order. Just will never go back.

We ordered online and the food was ready for us when we got there. We took it home and it was the wrong order. They gave us someone else’s subs. We called the store and told the staff we got the wrong order and the employee said, “okay, well I don’t know how that would happen”. No corrective action was offered so I had to suggest we come in and get our order remade. I told him the name on the order so it would be ready when we got there and he said ok and hung up. When we got there they were out of some supplies, and they didn’t even start any of the sandwhiches. When we got there, my wife went inside and the staff member told her they tried to call the people who got our food to get our sandwhiches back for us. Really? They were going to give us food that someone else already took home? During COVID? Pretty sure that violates multiple health policies. Who knows what the staff did with the sandwhiches we brought back. They set it on the counter like they were going to give it to the other people. After that we had to wait another ten minutes to get the sandwhiches after we arrived. Not only that, but the cashier didn’t even say anything to my wife when the order was ready. She just stared at her like she didn’t know what to do and my wife had to ask for the food. To top it off, not once did anyone ever apologize for the mistakes or the inconevience of making us drive back or offer anything for our troubles. Some of them were even rude in the process. We do not plan on returning and we plan on sharing our experience with our neighbors.

Got my pick up order wrong and it made me sad: no condiments on one of the sandwiches (mayo & honey mustard) & put S+ P on when I didn’t ask for it. Ordered and paid for cookies but they were not in the bag when I got it home. Tried to call a couple of times, but no one picked up the phone. Not worth the gas for my truck to drive out there again for the cookies. I hate it when I regret tipping…

Ordered a footlong turkey was going to get different toppings on each side. They wanted to charge for 2 six inches. Place sucks all ways trying to rip of customer’s. Will never set foot in there again.

Why did I not read the reviews first?? Trying out the mobile app, saw a BOGO offer for footlongs. Awesome. My chicken onion teriyaki’s were NOT toasted as requested, there was no cheese whatsoever, the chicken chunks were huge & just barely over the ‘undercooked’ threshold. There were several pieces that I just didn’t want to chance eating, to be honest.
And the Indian guy everyone’s talking about… He’s real. He brought the sandwiches to my car with a frown. I had to point out that I ordered chips & drink. He huffed back inside & basically threw those at me. No bag. This dude just has a bad attitude. You’ll see.
I will NEVER go back. Shouldn’t have gone in the first place.
