Today I went to subway to get a sandwich for the family… staff was sitting on the floor on the phone. No one greeted us… didn’t wash her hand, put on gloves and made our sandwich… mid making our sandwich, she scratched her ear and sneezed… with the same gloves on, she continued to make our sandwiches. I immediately told her to stop, and explained to her. Didn’t want our sandwich and left. Very unhygienic.

Subway has gone way down over the years and here is another example why.
Our family purchased 2 party platters that each contained 5 foot long subs in each platter. They were very minimally made ham and turkey. (see photo)
These 2 party platters came to a total $108
Please know that footlong subs are much cheaper than $10.
So don’t be the person who says “ohhh I will buy a party platter and get a better price” WRONG it’s an illusion!!!
You’re paying more –
so just buy foot long subs! I must ask how do you trust places that do unsuspecting customers or businesses like this? It’s sneaky and will not be something I will support because you are taking advantage of people what you should actually be taking better care of.

Try to order a party sub which they don’t sale it anymore. So I wanted to order 3 party sub boxes with extra cheese that the employee said he could do it He didn’t know how to add it to the order. So they lost a sale

I come to this Subway often, and I usually today, the woman who made my lunch first dropped the knife on the floor. She picked it up, rinsed it off and then proceeded to attempt to use it. She also cut up these massive hunks of meat and put it on my sandwich. They are large enough that it would not have been very easy to eat. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the employee. This meat literally looks like something that should be in a dog bowl. Next time I want Subway, I’ll go elsewhere. I hope management sees this and takes this seriously, otherwise they’re a joke.

I enjoy coming here! The customer service is awesome and the food is good. The young lady that works on Sunday morning named Jaz always have a positive attitude and makes great conversation while taking your order. I recommend coming here and is the best experience I have had coming to Subway!

Don’t bother going anytime in the morning for the drive-thru. No one ever swings by to take your order. Better off going to the Chick-fil-A across the street.
