Was checking my receipt and realized after I left, the Indian lady charged me for bacon on 3 of my items when only 1 had it. She is the only one who made the food so she knew. My friend and i also got the same thing, nothing special, no extras and mine for $1 more. Also VERY chincy on vegetables, even when you ask for extra. So they got me for an extra $5 and some change, checked pass receipts and it’s not the first time!

Multiple orders of a 6 inch steak sandwich always cold (even with notes being added to heat the steak), they never heat the steak and the sandwich is always ice cold. When we took the last order back in, they attempted to re heat the made sandwich will all items on the sandwich. Requested a new sandwich be made. Got home to eat the sandwich and the steak was rancid and rotten. Avoid steak sandwiches at this location.

I placed an order 30 minutes before they closed, at 8:30, not 10pm like google says, and when I arrived at about 8:05, the lobby doors were locked. No big deal so I pull into the drive through, wait there for over 20 minutes with no response. Then I called the store at 8:25 asking if they were still open, a very rude lady snapped at me saying they closed in 5 minutes, I told her I placed an online order 25 minutes ago and the lobby doors were locked, then she snapped at me again saying to pull up to the window and hung up on me! I enjoy subways food but I will never be returning to this location due to the horrible service

Edit: tried to give this store another chance for my husband. It is 8:53 p.m., and the sign says open daily until 9:30 p.m. all doors are locked. My previous review stands… I am done with this Subway. It seems that the last few times my husband and I have ate t this store, we have had an issue. Tonight, I stopped and picked up a couple of sandwiches for dinner, and when I walked in and saw them being made, I immediately could tell it was going to be a mess and fall apart when I started to eat mine. When I pointed it out to the girl who seemed to be in charge, she very passively said “I disagree” with the most fake smile I have ever received in food service. She proceeded to toast and make my sandwich while I watched (like we all do), and I could tell it was going to be bad. Once she completed putting it together, she had to push so hard to keep the veggies in (I only get spinach and tomato, not a pile on kind of gal) on the sandwich that it was flattened out. This is what it looked like when I got home and was trying to eat it. The sandwich is literally tearing apart, and when I tried to eat it, it did fall apart and was a total mess.

I need 6 footlongs, all different breads, cheeses, veggies, meats, sauces, toasted not toasted anc this twosome working the counter tool it all in stride and did one absolutely outstanding job in getting every detail correct on every sandwich and be sure to mark each wrapper with the name of the person the sub was intended for. went in just now for lunch. staff were very rude, different experience than other reviewers. ordered 3 subs for my fam, they are all put out as i describe how i want the sandwiches made (nothing specific just standard sandwiches one was a plain ham and cheese for 4 yo) followed by a terse “I take it this will be to go”. Yes. Thank you. I was still very nice and still thanked them despite all of this. what did i do to you other than be a customer at 11 am on saturday?

Don’t order through the app if you like to make customizations to your sandwich. I like getting the breakfast sandwiches, but the default option is on a flatbread. Every time I have asked them to put it on Italian bread instead. Nobody actually reads the receipt, which says right on there as the first customization to please use Italian bread. The first time, I caught the guy telling the kid who made the sandwich to pay attention to the receipt; the second time, that guy wasn’t there so I got a flatbread; the third time I took it back to the counter to have it remade. But hey, this is a great hack to get a free sandwich!

Can’t remember the other dude’s name but David doesn’t try to cheat you on your sandwich (like some places) and Sally is nice every time I see her. I generally will drive out of my way to go to this subway over others.

Dropped in at noon and was out in less than 10 minutes. They even were able to split my foot long and individually wrap each half and put each in separate bags.

I oder from this place a lot but this time i wanted to walk in cause its more cheaper just to go get it myself as soon as I walk in and start ordering this female walks out with saying smart remarks like “oh I want to say something but not going to say it out loud” very rude the guy was nice but he give me off vibes too
