This was a great subway! I think her name was crystal took great care towing that I was afraid of black olives! My boyfriend gets them but I’m allergic to them. She made sure to change her gloves. The whole crew was very friendly! Such a great place! My sandwiches were made beautifully and with great care.

Long story short: I placed an online order at the wrong location completely by accident. I pull up as I have multiple times only to be told that the order can’t be found. This is becoming the new “story as old as time” right. So Bobbi S. at the drive up window and several other employees all pitched in and made a plan to get my order moved to their location. Bobbi was able to cancel the order at the other location. It was fantastic! Then the staff made my order super fast. This was probably the best experience that I have had at any restaurant in some time because it was obvious that they cared about assisting instead of just the bare minimum. All I can say is that management should take note that the staff does have the face of the public and when the staff goes above and beyond, it should be recognized. And no, I am not saying recognized by giving the staff a pizza party. Give them the money!

I’ve been coming to this Subway for years, and it’s hands down the best one around. The restaurant is always clean, the food is fresh, and the service is consistently great.

A special shout-out to Bobbi, who has been super helpful every single time I’ve come in. She always greets customers with a smile, takes the time to make sure everything’s right, and really makes the experience enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the people who come in.

It’s rare to find this kind of service and consistency these days — this location sets the bar for how a Subway should be run! Highly recommend.

I usually come with my sister. Typically the service was so-so. However, ever since Day started serving us, I absolutely love coming!:) (I come way more than I usually would just because he’s so sweet and goes the extra mile EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!) I commend him and I am so thankful to have someone who cares handling my food<3 (4 star for food just bc i get the same thing EVERY TIME and for some weird rzn it sometimes hurts my stomach )

A couple of months ago ordered a to-go meal–multiple sandwiches from this Subway. What I got was slop and hard stale bread without the guac I paid extra for. The dressing was literally poured all over the sandwich to which it was soggy and uneatable unless I wanted some sandwich with my sauce.

I reached out to Subway for a complaint and received a response from Dawn Denny multi unit manager telling me that I would receive “coupons” for my order. I never received anything from Dawn, nor did I ever receive a refund for my order, they at the minimal stole $1.50 from me by making me pay extra for something they did not include. I have not been back since and would also stay away from the Subway on Ameriplex as it is owned by the same person.
