The customer service was terrible. The employees behind the counter were yelling at a kid for asking for a water cup. They were being rude to a lot of their customers and overall not having a friendly tone. Overall, the food was good, but the service that I received made my experience, not worth it.

I’m glad this is the main subway in Brownsburg because they’re perfect. Always someone ready to attend to you. Honestly no complaints, food is always tasty and fresh. Even when I work Doordash they’re always on time. Great bunch of people

My wife and I eat at Subway at least once a week. We travel alot so eat at alot of different locations but Brownsburg Main street location is by far the best one, the owner is there daily and has had some of the same employees for years, their always very friendly and interact with their customers, food is always fresh and on point, we stopped in New Years day and they were slow, the owner was on a ladder and was taking out the vents in the ceiling and cleaning them, don’t see that very often, Excellent Service from Friendly Staff
