Worst customer service ever! Literally never do reviews but this location has consistently gotten my order wrong and when I did finally call to complain I was told that I had to wait for manager then when I spoke to manager the next day I was told if I didn’t have the sandwich then they could not make me a new or refund. Seriously it’s mind blowing how down hill this location has become. You’d think ordering a chicken bacon ranch you’d at least have a little bacon but no none, pay for double meat you’d hope that they give the double meat you pay for! From this point forward I will drive out of my way to get what I ordered!

Way too expensive for mediocre food. I think there new slicer is just for looks and not to slice the meats. This location doesn’t take coupons and they want you to tip for something they are ready do.. there job!!! Never going back there again.

Only gave one star because post wouldn’t work with zero, which they deserve.Won’t accecdt Subway coupons that were mailed to me locally. When asked why, team mamber said it is up to each store as to whether they want to accept. She said, “That’s just the way it is” which I interpreted as “Tough luck!” I left and went elsewhere.

Stood in line patiently as I always have and had another group of customers followed by another man who came in behind me and I guess the lady at the counter (who is apparently the GM?) knew him or something and she completely disregarded the fact I had been standing there and proceeded to take his order instead after the other customers originally behind me let him go before them but I was still standing in front of all of them waiting to have my order taken. But she still decided it to be a good idea to take his order first. Wrong idea. I walked out amazed at the disrespect. Terrible customer service. You won’t be getting any more of my money. Wasted my lunch break. I don’t advise going here if you are in a good mood and actually want food to be made for you.

Last FIVE orders have been incorrect. Today I ordered one sandwich and three completely different sandwiches arrived. Other times it was the wrong order entirely, missing ingredients, missing sides, wrong sizes, sandwiches only half filled with meat. I called to ask what happened with my order and an older woman started complaining about the “15 year olds” working there. Ageism isn’t the issue, they need proper training. This store needs to stop taking orders until they can fulfill them appropriately, and they need to fire the current manager as ageism is illegal in the US.

I tried to get food at 8:40 pm. I went to open the door but they’re both locked and the lady behind the register looked at me and shooed me away smh. I only stopped here because it says this location closes at 9 pm. This location is notorious for closing early. They cannot blame it on a shortage of workers either because I can see plenty of workers in there.
