I ordered from the subway app and door dash delivered my food, I didn’t receive all of my items, I called subway, a woman claiming to be the manager told me I could come pick it up. I told the “manager” I had no way of doing that. The “manager” said, next time you order put in the special instructions that the “manger” said you could have these items for free. I told the “manager” I didn’t feel comfortable with that solution bc there was no guarantee. The “manger” said “what do you mean there’s no guarantee?! Of course there is my whole family works here” (not sure why she acted like I was supposed to know that) I told the “manager” I still didn’t feel comfortable with that and I’d just like a refund for the items I didn’t receive. The “manger” said I can’t refund specific items, I’d have to refund the whole order and I’m not doing that. I said so I’m just supposed to pay for something I didn’t receive and the “manger” said I told you, you could come get it. I again reiterated that I wasn’t able to do that which is why I had it delivered in the first place and the “manager” said I already told you what you could do and then hung up on me. (I know some customers can be crazy so to clarify, I didn’t yell, scream or call anyone names, I was frustrated but I was calm so I was genuinely surprised when the manager hung up on me). I tried getting help through the subway app and never received a follow up email. I tried getting help through the text thread provided when it was delivered and it provided me with a number to call (I didn’t realize it was subway’s phone number), when I called the same “manager” said “I’m not arguing with you” and hung up on me before I even said a word, the lack of professionalism was appalling, I’ve never interacted with a “manager” with so little professionalism. The food wasn’t bad, but the service was terrible. I will never order from the subway app again, bc if you don’t get your items you’re apparently SOL. Definitely don’t recommend ever ordering from the app. Also, never getting subway from this location again bc of the terrible management

With the deal of the day, I typically visit subway once a week in whatever area I am in. For me, this location is in the top 3 within a 50 mile radius by a large margin and good enough for me to take the time to write a review. The young lady that served me was friendly as can be. I ordered the meatball marinara and she was the first person to ever ask about the amount of marinara sauce I wanted included in my sandwich. They were out of vinegar, no big deal, so I asked if she had an itialian dressing. She gladly grabbed the bottle and the nipple was broken turning my request for light dressing into what is probably a normal amount as the bottle was almost empty. She looked up, I believe, about to ask if I would like it remade, but I had already told her no problem. The sandwich was a little on the wet side after that and she offered me a fork which I thought was inciteful. The only possible negative was me distracting her by cracking a joke and her forgetting to throw some napkins in the bag. Again, not a big deal as I always have a handful in my work van. I could not have been happier with my experience and would definitely recommend this location.

This is one of my favorite Subway restaurants! I used to work here when I was in high school, and while the staff has changed, the environment is still full of friendly and helpful people. The management is great and the people that own the restaurant are very nice.
As for the food, this food is vegan approved! I always order the veggie patty on wheat, and it’s always good. Today, there was maybe too much brown mustard on the sandwich, so it was dripping down my hand as I ate, but overall it tasted great.

I used to work at this location so I know how things are supposed to go, but I went in today to see an unfamiliar employee, not in uniform, out the gate quite off-putting. Immediately I noticed I was shorted on meat, 4 slices instead of 6, the employee used the knife that just got used to cut the bread to wedge a tin out of the cooler and proceeded to put it back on the cutting board. While toasting the sandwich they went to ring me up on the POS WITH THEIR GLOVES STILL ON, didn’t use their knuckles to press the buttons, and then proceeded to vegetables without changing gloves, I had to practically beg for adequate portions of vegetables.
Nothing against the individual they were nice but jeez training needs brushed up on

The customer service was horrible. Neither worker even said as much as “hi” when I walked in, they both had headphones in, & they got my order wrong. I won’t be returning.

2 stars — Bring your own ingredients and maybe some Pepto.
Twice now, I’ve walked into this Subway hoping to build a decent sandwich and walked out with a mystery sub and a side of attitude.
The woman behind the counter has mastered the art of silent protest. No “we’re out of that,” no “sorry,” just a dramatic walk-away like she’s offended you even dared to ask for spinach. Want banana peppers? Surprise! They don’t exist anymore—but you won’t know that until you’re 3 bites in, wondering what went wrong with your life choices.
And listen, I’m not saying this place definitely gave my fiancé diarrhea… but let’s just say he spent more time on the toilet than he did eating the sandwich. Coincidence? Possibly. Concerning? Absolutely.
Bottom line: if you want a sandwich that actually has all the stuff you asked for and service that doesn’t make you feel like an inconvenience, maybe wait until a shift change—or go literally anywhere else with bread.

I love this location! Every time I go in the bread and cookies are fresh and the team that works there is always so friendly. There are many subways that I refuse to go in due to poor management, but this location has got customer service down!

Love this location. Staff always welcoming! Manager is super friendly! Always clean, including restrooms. Plenty of room. Worth maneuvering around construction. This is my go to even though there is one closer to me.

So we stop in about once a week for lunch, and it’s always really good. Today, however was a different story. There is only one person working(I think his name is Cory,) and the place is very busy. This guy is working very hard by himself, and his positive attitude when faced with a store full of hungry people is to be commended. His attention to detail and generally calm demeanor given the circumstances is something you don’t see much these days. I’m very impressed, and subway needs to recognize this stellar employee, well done!
