Ever since new owners took over quality has gone down. In the couple times I’ve gone since, there have been the following:
No customer acknowledgement, stopping in the middle of making a sandwich to answer their cell phone, lettuce was brown, soda machine is always out of most flavors, not changing gloves between touching different surfaces. Not going back to this location.

Third time trying it and oh Wow two teenage girls with no supervisor is a recipe for disaster. Made my food wrong for the third time, offered to toast my sandwich with the veggies on it, I told her no thank you and asked for the managers number or corporate but instead got hung up on. Hire adults or find kids that know how to make a sandwich.

Order here frequently. Tonight ordered two subs. Two what looked to be teenagers took my order and the young male burped extremely loudly into the headset and then they both laughed and continued laughing once I got to the window. Received both subs with the wrong ingredients. Maybe they should pay more attention to what they are doing and less on trying to be goofy and tickling each other.

Food was prepared perfectly. Very good meatball sub and teriyaki chicken sub. Wait time in drive through was a bit longer than expected, but the staff was courteous and conscious of that, working hard to keep up.

Short staffed (pretty typical everywhere, I know) so I had to wait a very long time, drive through speaker was not working either.
That said, the older gentleman working there was very friendly, he gave suggestions to make my sandwiches better, and they were very good suggestions. He gave the type of service you don’t get in fast food or anywhere anymore. He’s a keeper!

The wait was extremely long, The order had been place online and had not even been started on after the Est. time.
There were 2 employees, I get it. It appeared to me however there was no teamwork and they seemed be working independently of each other. They were however very Chatty Cathy’s with each other and the customers in front of me. Yea, customer service is great, but save the shenanigans for somewhere else if you can’t work & talk at the same time. Now we get to the main issue at hand, mine and my wife’s sandwiches. Mine had extra of what I didn’t ask for, didn’t seem to have that much more of what I paid to have extra of and it was sloppy. My wife’s sub was as she had asked for it. The tipping point of this whole review is the bread. The bread was stale, so stale. My wife had gotten the less stale bread between us. Not that it made her sandwich any better in the least bit. We ate the food. because from placing the order to waiting….and waiting more, we were very hungry and worn from the day. The length of time from placing the order online to the time the food was received was 40 min. Sure we all have to wait in lines. However, when you’ve waited so long and the food you get is so not on par with being the least bit tasteful. That is what will put the sourest taste in your mouth. We will not be coming back to this particular Subway for sometime if at all.

Don’t like writing bad reviews However, this was not good. There were 2 women working. One woman was helping the 2 gentleman that were together. The second woman started to help me then left my sandwich to help the other woman. Just didn’t understand why. She should have helped before starting my sandwich. Then they had no provolone cheese, I asked for olive oil and she put more olives on my sandwich. Asked for olive oil again and she said they didn’t have any. I said, ‘ no olive oil?’ The other woman said yes they do. Then the soda machine only had a couple options. The men before me had to have the women get their drinks from the back. So did I. The women’s bathroom door does not lock. As I was washing my hands another woman walked in and said sorry. I told her they door does not lock. She said I know, she used to work here. Now how long ago was it when she worked here? And they couldn’t get it fixed?!? Glad I do not live near here as I would not ever come back. So sad. I love subway but this one has some major issues
