Don’t go here a half hour before closing to get ice cream. You will be met with absolute rudeness and disrespect. Our banana split and brownie sundae were just slopped together and given to us with a disgusting attitude. I don’t think customer service is the proper job field for the girl working the window.

Generally like this place. They’ve come under new ownership in the past few years, so there have been some adjustments. Came for lunch the other day, but was going to be 20 minutes minimum to get food, and felt like I was asking a huge favor to get a menu! The menu used to simply be posted on the window so there was no need to ask. Seemed to be staffed by one lady who never came back so we left.

I’m a coach and I always take my team here for Ice cream and pizza! They have an open area (grass area) the kids can run around while waiting for food.
Tables to sit outside, and a drive through window. I think they even deliver food too.
My only issue has been how long it takes to get your food. I’ve learned to ALWAYS call in and order for pick up. If you don’t, you could be waiting in a long line and close to an hour to get your meal. It’s not their fault. They are just super busy.
But the staff is great. Food is good. Prices are fair

Just moved close by and the pizza looked great from the pictures I have seen, figured we would give it a shot. The pizza was good enough, no complaints there. The service made the experience frustrating to say the least. I am a patient person and understanding that restaurants get busy and or behind which may affect wait times. With that being said, the workers could at least share that same level of patience and understanding. Being ignored and just looked at while attempting to check on the order when it’s been 30 mins past the initial quote time and I was told it was going to be just 15 minutes more. Pricey food to boot. We order 4 pizzas and with the special of getting 1 free it was still over $50. I’m sure I’ll try again in the future, just not anytime soon.

Great Service! Due to internet issues, my order was not received at no fault of BDD’s. They immediately fixed my order and had it to me quickly with an upgrade. The young man that handled my order was awesome! For an establishment to take care of their customer they way they did during the national outage will earn them a repeat customer. Thanks for the great customer service.
