This subway sucks! I had a foot long and asked for banana peppers and he put 4 slices on the sandwich. I asked for more and he put 2 more slices on and threw about a handful back in the bin. When I asked for more than 6 slices on a whole foot long. He acted like I was taking it out of his check. They only had half the meat/ veggies bar operating. It looked like the other half was broken. I usually get lettuce but it was brown, so I passed on that. I have lived in fortville for about 12 years and have gave this location many chances. I can honestly say don’t waist your money!

Bread was so hard I couldn’t bite through it. Tried just eating some of the steak and veggies but they were hot even though I asked the sandwich not be toasted. Used to stop in at least one every couple weeks but unfortunately won’t be back.

Sandwich just crumbled apart in my hands. Bread wasn’t cut all the way through, the end was a solid inch and a half of bread. Got it toasted, which resulted in burnt bread and a cold quarter serving of meat. The new owners are absolutely terrible. The great staff they had is gone, and have been replaced with clueless employees. I used to attend this place frequently. Needless to say I won’t be back.

This subway is SEVERELY understaffed. Should not have to wait in line for 20 min with just 2 employees doing regular line, drive through, AND online orders. Owners can’t keep employees, and they constantly have new staff. On top of all this, the cost of Subway has become nutty. DOUBLE what it use to be. Sandwiches are also basically just bread with a sprinkle of ingredients. Owners train them to skimp. Looking at all the negative reviews, the new owners must not even care one bit.

Very friendly staff, my sandwich came out looking perfect, and the store was super clean. All the ingredients were fresh. Anyone who complains about this place has lost their sanity. Will definitely be back in the future!

Employees are not friendly, when you ask for topping example tomatoes on a 12in they try to put 2 tomatoes. They are very Skimpy on their topping. And they never put 2x the pepper jack cheese as advertised on the menu, I always have to ask for them to put the cheese on there that is required. They are putting on there at least amount of food as possible and hoping nobody notices. They’re cutting corners and they’re driving service away

I visited twice recently and the store, despite not being busy was unable to accommodate me. This doesn’t seem to be the employees fault. My guess is this franchisee needs to pay a more competitive wage to hire more people. One person is not enough for a weekend shift. Will not return

I hate giving them a 2 because most of the staff is friendly but they are so unbelievably slow at this location. They are constantly out of toppings and online orders are never prepared on time. You are honestly better off driving up the road to 96th and Olio you will have your food way faster and that is factoring in the extra drive time.

Ever since the old owner sold the store, the new owners have not been able to keep up with the restaurant. It seems like everyone good was fired and now they leave a single 16 year old to run the whole store alone for entire days. This new management needs to either sell to people who know what they’re doing or run the store the way it’s supposed to be run. Sad to see after working at this location for three years ending in May 2022.
