Extremely more expensive than other Subways. Very hot and uncomfortable dining area. Please get some A/C at least if you’re going to be charging extreme prices. I see why this place is empty. Absolutely zero customers here but me. I will not be back.
Update: My sub tastes awful. I got the rotisserie style chicken and it tastes bad. I think the food is expired. Im so pissed off. Be cautious when ordering here.

Please teach your employees the difference between Italian bread and Italian herbs and cheese. They’re very different. Food service isn’t complicated and maybe if your staff would put in more effort you wouldn’t have so many bad reviews. Fix your restaurant.

Sandwich just crumbled apart in my hands. Bread wasn’t cut all the way through, the end was a solid inch and a half of bread. Got it toasted, which resulted in burnt bread and a cold quarter serving of meat. The new owners are absolutely terrible. The great staff they had is gone, and have been replaced with clueless employees. I used to attend this place frequently. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Walked in it was sweaty hot as if the ac was not working. There was a foul smell that filled the air. While attempting to order, a roach crawls out of the food and greeted me !!! I could not get out of there fast enough. While i was screaming to the worker that there is a roach crawling out of the food container, his response was that there are no roaches on the vegetable side…UNBELIEVABLE!!!

They seem to always get my order wrong when I do pickup or they don’t have a lot of options such as no bread or they don’t have certain proteins. This place won’t be getting my business anymore. Ever since switching owners the place has definitely gone downhill. Not too mention there has been hair in my sandwich the last two days I’ve ordered from them. The place looks disgusting and is unprofessional.

Ordered online for pick up at 1:20 pm on 12/9/24. Have been waiting at drive up window for 30 minutes to get my order and I was told we are busy inside??? What??? Just want my money back and will NEVER return to this Subway in my hometown!! Hope the manager reads this and the horrible reviews and makes changes ASAP!!! Fortville is a cute small town and deserves a Subway that is Great….

I placed an online order for pickup at this Subway location. Upon arrival, I collected my food and inquired about the drink included with my meal. The employee, with an unprofessional attitude, stated that I had only ordered a Coke and handed me a cup. When I proceeded to the soda dispenser to fill my cup with Coke, he interrupted to tell me I could only get Coke—the very drink I was pouring—and then stood watching me as I filled the cup.
When I returned home and unwrapped my sandwich, it was clear that the ingredients had been carelessly thrown together, with no effort to properly assemble or wrap it. Furthermore, the steak in the sandwich did not taste right, raising concerns about its freshness or preparation. Long story short, I didn’t eat it.
