The Cicero incarnation of the Subway sandwich chain is a mixed bag, in my view.
The food and prices are pretty standard Subway although they were out of nachos and a few other items.
The atmosphere is rather cramped but there were no other customers so that didn’t affect us much. There were some jalapenos on the floor but otherwise, it was reasonably clean (except the restrooms: more later on that score).
The service was acceptable. Not friendly, not very courteous, but pretty fast. In a fast food place, it is what it is. (I hate when people say that, but I say it, too, sometimes. I am consistently inconsistent)

The restrooms were not clean and rather unpleasant to visit. This is a shame because in a surprisingly upscale town in terms of restaurants, Subway is a reasonable option. But, to quote the great Cookie Monster, himself, “Me no like dirty restroom!”

Terrible Subway! BEWARE! They skimp on the meat unbelievable. I asked why pictures behind the owner operator look so much different then the actual sandwich? He said photos are just for picking out sandwich. I said very odd, kinda like bait and switch. Asked for ham with pepperoni and bacon (cost extra $1.95 for two punni strips of bacon. Really? I have been to this location twice before they are rip offs at thus location. $10 for a cold cut sandwich (call it a wish sandwich lol). Owner and wife very deceptive they talk about you in their foriegn language, how rude. Never again!

The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because of the owner. The workers are amazing and extremely nice but they do not get the tips from a card transaction. So basically shame on the owner/s who don’t give the workers their tips. I could not believe that, even waiters get tips from cards. So full warning if you give these a guys a tip, do them a favor and give it in cash. Don’t give that greedy owner anymore money than they already do from OWNING A BUSINESS. Seriously, shame.

I ordered online and the app said my order would be ready by 12:25 p.m. I got there at 12:25 p.m. the app said it was ready for pickup. When I got inside one of the men working asked if I had a pick up order, I said yes. They hadn’t even started on my order so I had to sit there an additional 25 minutes waiting for them to get it ready. As I sat there I looked around and noticed how filthy the place was the high chairs had about an inch of dust on them. The pickup cart where your order goes once it’s ready for pickup was filthy with dust all over it. I will not be going back to this location.

It just really irritates The heck out of me. Your employee would call you and let you know to the owner of the subway that your credit card machine is down and not working and you’ve got six orders ready to go out but unable to take their money and you would rather throw the customers food away then give it to them,I hope you people get what you got coming to the owners here you’re disgusting human beings.Will never eat here again

We have used Subway to cater several events we have had recently. We received excellent service. All three orders were ready on time and I never needed to wait. They even accommodated a late addition to my order with just a few hours notice. They helped me to my car with my largest order today.

Went in today, have been here several times. Nothing special, just your run of the mill subway. There were no customers during our visit today, and the owner has zero personality. He didn’t greet us, and acted as if our being here was an inconvenience. There are plenty of places I could be eating, this one will not be on the list in the future. Very rude, no customer service whatsoever.

Friendly staff, clean work and eating areas, and decent bathroom. Food looked and tasted fresh. Many options to choose from. More added to their menu. Cookies were good too. Definitely coming back. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
