Very rude, also ordered for pickup, when arriving i was told i had to wait 15 minutes before they could even start my order and refused to make the order any sooner. Watched 3 people get their sandwiches made before my order finally was started. In total we waited 37 minutes for 3 sandwiches.

Rude as all hell. I asked how much the monster was and they refused to even tell me. Told me I was a lair because it’s “in the app” when it isn’t. Tried to refuse me 2 of my 4 drinks because I only have 2 hands. How do I magically carry 4 drinks and 3 chips all at once with an injured leg? I call because they messed up one of the sandwiches and refused a formal complaint for being rude and trying to deny me items I paid for. I get told that they were just telling me what they think is going on dispite the fact I showed them on my phone that it wasn’t in the app and they would remake the sandwich. Regardless why would I go back to some place were they called me a lair and a thief? Not to mention having damaged cans and bottles in the cooler. The order was 2 meatball marinara and because one had black olives they put it on both. 1 ham and 1 ham and turkey. With 4 drinks, 3 chips and 2 cookies. I spent nearly 50$ and gave a tip when there was a no tip option.

Friendly staff. Fresh food. The place was clean. We really enjoyed sitting outside to eat. One of the better Subways I have been to. I really enjoyed the flat bread. My kids enjoyed the kids subs and the infusion drinks. Over all it was great I only give 4 stars because some kids that came in could of been handled better to maintain a nice atmosphere for the other customers. Maybe training staff on how to handle unaccompanied minors would help with this issue.

Tried ordering online but keep getting error code. Went inside and spoke to the young lady with no help at all. Honestly I’m not sure she understood exactly what we were saying. Ended up paying more for the same order because I placed it in store because of the app and no customer service. Food was great but staff needs work

I had a door dash that forgot a lot of stuff the lady who works evenings went out of her way to replace my whole order and make things right even though it was door dashes fault food was amazing and most importantly the service she cared I will be back thank you!!!!

There is a drive-thru but I went in to order my sandwich. Interior was clean and well taken care of. Service was great! Two lovely ladies were there – very friendly and fun! Like any Subway, my sandwich was made just how I want it. I’m sure it can be busy there but when I popped in, it was a little before “normal” lunchtime on a Friday and there was no wait.
