Poor service from a young male employee. He had no desire to properly prepare a sub. You would think that making a quality sandwich would be common sense and pretty easy to do but this guy wasn’t concerned about the quality of product he was making. He threw our sandwiches together with no concern of how the end product would turn out. We were also the only customers in the store so he could’ve done a better job.

One of the slowest Subway experiences I’ve ever had. Stopped in for 2 subs and it took nearly 30 minutes. Lines weren’t overly long, simply no energy going on behind the counter. Almost laughable how long it even took for them to put on a pair of gloves. No smiles, no energy, really rough.

Just left subway after the 1st time I went in and said they were out of bread. Sounded kinda weird but ok. Got gas at the station and watch a gentleman walk in and was able to gets subs. Went back in and said thought you didn’t have bread. They said it had to cool. So why didn’t they say it in the beginning when I was I the first time. So ordered and got a cold cut sub with only bologna on it. Looked it up and sure enough it has 3 meats in it. Both workers told me it didnt. Will be driving to the north side to get subs from now on.

On September 3, I was about to go into the subway when I noticed 3 employees playing in a trash hauler pushing each other down the hill behind the business. If they are playing in trash, why would I have them make my food. I hope management can address this situation.
