Monster Sandwich was a disappointment. Only a thin layer of meat. The one that I ordered from Subway Hilliard Oh, the day before, was meaty & stuffed.
Dining area, Beverage counter, Front counter are clean.
Service staff, straight face, no smiles, but they were friendly to the grinch.

This is my favorite subway and it’s because of Christina! She goes above and beyond. She so fast. Cheerful and just all around an amazing employee. This is actually the only subway I go to. Because I always just have such a great experience. And the food is always phenomenal. I would highly recommend this subway to my friends and family thank you Christina! Keep killin it ☺️

Here is the older lady that everyone is writing these reviews about… how is it that this has been brought to their attention so many times and she still works there? I had the exact same experience as one of the other reviewers where I came no one was there and when she came out she was the one with the attitude! She said she didn’t have a name and didn’t care who I called. Maybe no one cares so I would just avoid this place.

I can’t believe how bad this place is! STAY AWAY!!! Took forever and we were the only ones in line. Employee came out of the back and rolled their eyes. Then they fixed a wrap with half the meat and cheese that all other subways give. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT SMH!

horrible subway, they are cheating everyone. they claimed foot long bacon egg a cheese only gets 2 eggs when it is 4 across the nation. They also tried giving me a bacon egg and cheese protein bowl with only 1 egg and 2 strips of burnt bacon. worst subway ever and all need training and to stop cheating customers. i will probably avoid all subways for awhile just to not be reminded of such a horrible experience.

I went in to get a sandwich after I got done shopping around 2pm and there was a sign that said they would be right back so I Patiently waited for someone to come back after a few minutes a older woman came out of the back with trays of cookies.
When she noticed me she sighed with an Attitude and said can’t you read I was Appalled by the way she acted so I walk out. I don’t recommend anyone going to this subway they obviously don’t care how they’re staff treats customers

Employee was very rude. Kept asking what bread and I said could we have a moment to select our order. Immediately asked us again. Rushed us with the order. At checkout she was on the phone and said here you go napkins are right there. Never going back.

When you get in line to order a sandwich and one of the two employees walks in and asks for a break it’s not a good sign. The lady that did continue to do her job was sweet, but soo slow. I just wanted a turkey bacon club which is pretty simple, but there was literally one slice of turkey on the foundation of the sandwich. Your inside of Walmart miss, walk down to isle 9 and get some turkey to put on my sandwich, definitely doesn’t come out of your paycheck. But thanks for the bread

Update: my cheese was on my sub and my husband sauce was put on the sub… so they didn’t read the “special instructions”… good thing I’m not allergic to anything in the special instructions…
Ordered online and asked for my cheese and sauce to be on the side…I didn’t receive either thing nor did I get any napkins.

As of 9/28/23 my experience with the breakfast crew was great with smiling welcoming employees and smooth with friendly promt service. Store was clean and ingredient placement was great Ordered through the app with no issues.
