I tried to get the sub of the day and it was ok. The cashier tried to charge me 18 dollars for the 10 dollar special. I asked about the price and she became upset. She stated that’s the price and I stated that the deal of the day is 9.99. It was on the board behind her and after she looked at it she changed the price. Unfortunately as I sat down to eat I got to listen to her complain and disparage me to 5 other customers. I packed up and left. The service was abysmal, food ok and the need to harass others for clarifying a cost inappropriate.

My only complaint about the food is check the holes on your mayo and mustard bottles. Way too much coming out of those things. It can ruin the sandwich. Employees are always friendly and I have yet to see anything dirty in there. They’re doing a great job!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I am so upset, I feel like someone should realize this place isn’t right.
I’ve had wonderful experiences in the past at this restaurant, so when my mom and I were going to meet and eat out, I thought subway will be awesome. I am disabled and have very low income. I had been saving my money for this day. I hadn’t had anything to eat today, but that was OK.
So I go in, we order. The first teenager starts the sub and places it in oven. So far so good.
Now… a very entitled 2nd teenager that’s been loud and obnoxious since we walked in, is going to prepare my sub. She apparently can’t limit her other conversations, nor can she focus on making the sub, because she keeps touching the machines handles with the gloves she’s touching my sandwich (gross and unsanitary).
I tell the teen i am very allergic to tomatoes, because she suddenly has them in her hands about to plaster my sandwich with them. The mean girl then proceeded to place them all over my sub. My mom tells her loudly no. So she throws them back off into the container and insists I told her tomatoes. She then starts smothering my sub with onions which I loathe with a passion. I again tell her I said lettuce. She snaps at me. She’s now covered my sub with 2 dangerous substances that I’m allergic to and has launched personal insults at me.
From here it escalates worse. I’m trying desperately to deal with the very immature child acting out and not upset my mom on our big event. I ask for mayo. She puts a non existent amount on. I ask for more please. The girl proceeds to dump half a bottle of mayo on my half a sub. I ask for oregano. She pours half a container of oregano all over, ruining the sub. She wraps it, with a few other nasty statements and another girl demands money.
The sandwich was garbage and that’s were it had to go. This was very expensive. It was $20 thrown in the trash. I don’t think you should be allowing 3 very immature, out of control, children who obviously aren’t ready for the responsibility of being in the work force…to hurt people.
Allergies are serious. And ruining food for someone experiencing food insecurity is cruel and abusive. I left in tears and went home. I’m still so upset at this girl’s behavior that I wrote a review.
I will not be returning to your restaurant. The place is dirty and the staff were horrible excuses for human beings tonight. I wish that there was management that cared, but im pretty sure noone does. I can only hope more innocent people on their big night out, don’t get hurt and ripped off by these abusive children running the subway in celina.

These teenagers who work here do not care about anything. They are rude and make the subs how they want to. It was a very disappointing experience today. My bacon was raw and the workers were rude. Not going back.

I waited in line for being ignored for several mins. Normally I would not mind the wait, but the fact that three workers ignored my family, and also a couple in front of us was unexpectable. I understand that online orders are also important, but it does not take three workers to make online orders only and ignore your other customers.

Good clean store. Staff was friendly even though we walked in late at night. Good selection on the drink station. Was bummed no ice tea but they had Hubert’s Lemonade which was great. Rest of the store was typical Subway.

I ordered a salad through Doordash and recieved my salad with no lettuce. I took it back in there and said I didn’t recieve my lettuce and the dark haired lady working on Jan 27th at noon stated it didn’t say lettuce when it clearly states on the description tossed together with crisp lettuce! She was very rude and stated again, even after I showed her that it indeed said lettuce, she proceeds to say that it didn’t say lettuce, I then stated I assumed all salads have lettuce anyways and walked away. She was very rude!!!
