I got there at 920 seating at the drive thru for 5 minutes moved up to the window. Employee finally came to window said they were closed. I stated sign says open until 930, she said it was close enough to 930 also said they haven’t been busy. I wonder if I ordered $100 worth of food and gave them $50 and said close enough what would happen.

I ordered 2 sub and they screwed them both up completely. Both pizza subs. I told them only cheese and sauce that’s it nothing else. The 2nd a normal one with olives and onions. I got one with pepperoni and sauce. The other one had sauce cheese and the veggies.I called and told them and they said I could come get new ones. I told them I couldn’t come back in and get it. They said sorry. What happened to offering the customer a discount or another one on a different day.

We were the only people in line and it took a good three minutes for someone to come start helping us. They were slow and very skimpy with toppings (three slices of tomato on a footling sandwich for example). When another girl decides to help they helped the people after us so our order took forever.

I had a good toasted spicy Italian foot long and it was pretty good. Paid extra for more meat and got it toasted. I took my left over half and put it in the oven at home to warm up. It was so much better out of the oven. I wish when they toasted it it got as crispy and cooked as it does in the oven.

Please, please get working ovens that don’t breakdown so much. One has been broken for over a year and never fixed, which is ridiculous. I understand the pandemic caused some delay but this is disappointing. Second, the other oven almost always breaks and that hurts when my friends go in and can’t get anything.
However, the only saving grace are the staff. They are kind and caring and I hope they get better management soon.

Ordered 2 subs and both was supposed to have less sauce. Got them home and both are slathered in sauce…. I tried to call to speak to them and the number says it’s disconnected! Avoid this place if you want your sub done right!

Tall skinny kid did an AMAZING job making my meatball sub. Literally, the greatest meatball sub I’ve ever had. Guy in front of me was being a jerk, not sure what his deal was, can’t please everyone I guess. Anyways, I’ll be back again very soon! Love this subway!

I’m going to be generous in giving Subway 4 stars because it serves the purpose of providing subs in areas that don’t have other options. On my list of go to sub places they are at the bottom, but they are everywhere (very oversaturated actually, probably to the point of preventing other sub places from opening) which is convenient, and you have a good idea of what you are going to get regardless of what store you are at (fast food).
I will add that the bread at this particular location doesn’t seem to be as good as others.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered four 12” subs. Two BBQ rib Subs, a pizza sauce only sub and a ham and cheese sub. I requested none toasted but wanted the cheese melted on the meat. Got home with the subs and and then ribs are ice cold. The pizza sauce is ice cold. We take the subs back to subway and are informed well some people order them that way. Well that’s not how we ordered them. So get home with the subs a second time for them to be just as cold. This is ridiculous. We through the food in the trash. This is one of the few restaurants in Avant and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This place can’t be bothered to keep basic things stocked such as white bread and meatballs. Ordered a tuna sub, got home to find there was no tuna on it. They no longer have roast beef. Fed up with Subway. They have all gone downhill!
