The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, they changed what my sub was to something $4 more expensive. I didn’t argue, I went ahead and paid, but I will not be returning.

I spent $10 on a sandwich. I saw they didn’t put cheese on my sandwich so I asked about it and they said they put cheese on it. There was no cheese AND the worst part is that if they were honest about it, I could have had a sandwich that was made correctly and it would’ve been a non-issue but instead they chose to lie to my face.

The man charged me twice for my food there. He tried to say he cancelled it but it took it out of my bank & my bank said they have no return for the money and then we had to pay cash for it. I will never eat here again an order went from 31.87 to 32.87 and with both payments it ended up costing me 64 something and he will not fix it so I’m contacting corporate it’s not the first time he’s tried this with me. He also said there was no receipts but I watched him put them over to the side. The customer service is not worth any stars. I use to love to eat there until these people took it over

Google says the business updated their info 1 week ago. It states dine in and take-out. It also states that they close at 9. We arrive at 7pm. There is a sign on the door stating their “temporary hours they will be closing at 8pm”. It doesn’t not state dining room closed anywhere, yet the door was locked and we could not dine in. As we were forced to go through the drive thru we were told their soda machine was down for the night. (If you read through the 1 star comments for this business, apparently that’s nothing new.) They definitely are in need of some structure and better management.
Edit: they were also unable to toast sandwiches for like a month.

The most rude employees I have ever encountered. They were rude to the people in front of us and the woman behind us. They literally had a nasty attitude about me asking for them to NOT chop my salad. Then started tearing my meat with her hands. What part of “I don’t want it chopped or tore” can you not understand? Definitely will never return there.

If you want a meatball sub they are always out. The iced tea dispenser looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the 1980’s, yuck. Forget ordering by the numbered menu because they have no clue and ask what you want on it. Why have numbers associated with subs?

Worst Subway ever! I order a double meat spicy Italian and get MAYBE half the meat you would on a normal sub. I was able to count the salami, a whole whopping 5 pieces on a foot long. When I called they suggested I drive back and get it fixed, which is a 35 minute drive EACH way. Then they suggest I call back tomorrow to talk to a manager, because I know of absolutely 0 stores that don’t have a manager at all times. So do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s out in front instead.
